The scouts observed the wind swept plains and radioed into to the field HQ. " Red hammer rebels spotted. launch the shocktroops." Within seconds hundreds of shock troops decended on the rebel camp, torching buildings shooting rebel fighters and slowly paving the way to the command center. Within seconds the shocktroops forced their way into the comand center. " We surrender!" Cried the rebels inside. One of the soldiers spoke to a man in heavy armour. " President Winters we have secured the command center but fragmented data in the computers suggest that there may be more of the rebels." " I want you to find all these camps an destroy them Eric." Replied President Winters '' We will make them pay for what they've done to us. Move out tommorow at 1200 hours.''

It's midnight when the report is finished printing. Foreign Minister Kari Alhoun curses slow printers and the Czardaian telephone companies, then begins to read it through. Another uprising. This is the fourth in as many months. First the Amyntos incident, then Muesilania... Nonetheless, it has kept a portion of the Czardaian military ready for anything. Alhoun finishes reading it.
It seems fairly typical. A rebellion in a nation named Separatist States, dealt with violently. But the strange thing is that the report does not state the cause for rebellion, the estimated rebel strength, or the size of the army dealing with it.
Alhoun sighs and begins to write a message to Sepratist States.
