"The Commonality would be prepared to allocate a small embassy site in the Foreign Quarter of our capital, Nenya (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Nenya), for Tidan to establish an embassy should they so desire.
"Further, we are full-willing to provide our own, uh, 'embassy'. Of course, we don't see the need to be physically present - so that would simply consist of our providing you with a special, dedicated communicative device.
"If Tidan is curious as to why the Commonality quite suddenly has taken this action... we suggest they continue being curious. We like being a bit mysterious, from time to time. Good for the image."

Greetings to the soveriegn Republic of Tidan. I am Emperor Octavius Shadaum IV, ruler of the Empire of Thrashia. I bid you good day and a hand. I wish to offer you a mutual trade and military alliance for the betterment of both our great nations.
