SKyCaptian... I assume you're referring to the average citizen, since that's what SkyCapt natives are known as. Anyways... That depends on what the average person likes to do.

Well, that's a good one. It has to do with the nation's plan. What I had in mind (like I told you) was sort of like the New Republic in Star Wars, which eventually turns into the Empire. Only SkyCapt would turn into something like The Kraven Corporation.

Well, seeing as how JFC has much in common with us, human resources not included, it seemed this course of action would benefit SkyCapt the most.

Its an alliance, We give you a Battalion of our Capitol Police, that are under your RP control, its basicly our two nations working together, its not a protectorate, if you know what i mean, Or it could just be an Ordinary alliance, but either way i need to make freinds with some more nations, so either way I hope the outcome will be an alliance

Since you're giving us a Battalion of Capitol Police, I assume you want something in return...

In exchange for A battalion of CP, Your Country would come under Corporate Jurisdiction, I.E. you'd follow our laws, but you'd execute them in your own way, choosing your own methods for Justice.

The Battalion is there to safe guard our "Assets" even though their in your control, kinda thing, other than that your free to run the nation how you want, do with the CP as you wish, I'll not interfere, i'll only ask for your assistance from time to time in military or diplomatic matters

Yes that would be advisable, Trade routes are now open between our two nations ( i think, never had to open trade routes with another nation before, i normaly just took what i needed with brute force..)

however the sea surrounding Kravonika, (the nations capitol) is usually ice locked for the best part of a year, so Bulk goods are normally transported via VTOLS

Although we can open trade routes between Numonica (Kraven Held territory) and your nation, because Numonica is not ice locked, and usualy where most of the resources for Kravonika go during the times the great sea is Ice locked...

The rumors concerning terrorists being harbored in SkyCapt are unfounded, but as for the other 'undesirables', you may stumble into some on the western parts of the country. As for alliance, we consider Philthealbino to be allies. Not close allies, but not distant allies either. Somewhere in the middle. Any more questions?

Since we are fighting alongside each other in the FJC conflict, the Grand Minister has decided that an alliance would be beneficial to both of us. We also wish to exchange embassies. And, as for our question on you Nation, how was the Nation of SkyCapt founded?

Seeing as only a few know of the Prime Minister, and how none have met him, the majority of them think of Prime Minister Neo somewhat neutrally (or ish).

We have seen the laws of The Kraven Corporation. We worked out a compromise. (although they said to just sign it, without making changes to the writing and stuff on it)

We don't have 12 hour workdays, we control the justice system, etc. We still get the Battlaion of Capital Police, but Kraven controls them. We just recognize Kraven and their High Command.

The average citizen looks like your average European or American, and has the same customs and such.

As for weapons development, it's coming along well, despite the jumps in our economy, which is probably a side effect of our transition.

Are you warlike in any way? How often does SkyCapt come into conflict with other nations? Any important wars in your nation's past?

SkyCapt has been warlike in the past, but as we are settling down and transistioning, we now usually choose to enter conflicts which benefit us, although we sometimes engage in wars which are not benefitial to us, but another nation. As for how often we engage, that has been scaled down with our current rebellion. 2 important wars are in the nation's history, the first being the Algeristan War, and the second being an invasion of the homeland (by a puppet nation...), which marked the unveiling of the Royal Incorporated Army.

OOC: This is Correct, However if there is a state of Emergency declared in Skycpt by either his Nations leader, or the Recognised Head of State, The High Command, The Capitol Police Forces will immeadiatly declare a state of Emergency Martial law, where by the Nation will immeadiatly fall under Corporate Jurisdiction, I.E. if someone attacks Skycpt, The Capitol Police will immeadiatly mobilise to defend the nation, and as Skycpt is under Corporate Jurisdiction, the Corporation will see the attack as a declaration of war.

It should make Imperialistic nations think twice about invading skycpt

I know that at the time of the near-nuclear war in Arabanistan, SkyCapt was not a nuclear power, have you decided to redress (Im one and im tons smaller than you are, Willink gave me teh training and equipment to start a nuclear program)

We do have nuclear weapons, but we don't consider ourselves a nuclear power, as we prefer to fight wars conventionally. With the transistion from our current state to a more Incorporated nation, we feel certain that we will be able to 'pump out' more Weapons of Mass Destruction and then Weapons of Focused Destruction.
