Jenrak is a peaceful country, but we are not democratic. We never will see ourselves as democratic, and most likely will never be so. However, we do would like to establish economic strength between both nations, if only to increase diplomatic and corporate stability.

President Delain of ViZion would be interested in working our a peace agreement. However, at this time no one is being allowed to construct an embassy of theirs in our land due to a minor rebellion we are dealing with.

We require a large 3 story building, with helipad on top, a parking garage for housing the vehicles, and we would prefer high walls and security cameras.
If you accept, please send us your own details for your embassy and the address where we can construct ours. We, of course, will be willing to to accept a similar sized complement for your embassy to ours, and will grant your ambassador and his or her staff full diplomatic immunity providing you do so to ours.
Your embassy plot has been allocated at 137-143, North 217 Street, Alesia District, Elucia (our Capital).
