To: Praetoria Novus
the government of Cholana is pleased with your offer, and has no problem meeting your requirements. we can offer you a choice of locations, for your embassy, one is in the heart of the capitol, Kalehm City. It is an existing building, four stories high with a double helipad on the roof. There is limited parking space however, but the construction of a wall is well within our means.
The second choice we can offer you is an area of land that is towards the outskirts of the city, It is a free area of land, and you could design your embassy however you like(within reason) and Cholana would ofer you a slight discount on all construction costs. We would also provide lodging in a five star hotel for your staff and Diplomats, and his fmaily, untill the construction of the embassy is complete, complete with guards of your choice, and a complimetn of cholana's security force.
Your third option is to choose to stay in the National Palace. The palace is a landmark that is left over from cholana's past, when we were a country ruled by the monarchy. the palace has had several recent additions, and is a visually stunning location. The current president of the country has the entire south wing for theirs, and theuir family's use. There is a to the rear of the east wing,, where your dignitaries and staff could stay, and you cna choose to isolate the wing of the palace from the rest of the palce if you so choose. there is an independant security center in every wingm and you of course would have controll of all the security in the east wing. we cannot, however build a wall around the palace, but we feel that a wall is uneccessary, as it is, well, a palace.
And of course, your staff and Diplomats will be given full diplomatic ammunity.
In regards to An embassy representing Cholana.
We do not require much, saftey, and a small staff.
1 ambassador and his fmaily (Charles Bandely, his wife Patricia, and their two sons) (Diplomatic immunity)
30 staff(diplomatic immunity)
their families(limited diplomatic status)
any workers that need to be hired(Local)
We would prefer to stay in a three or four story complex, with atleast helipad on the roof. A security wall is rpefered, but not necessary. We would ask to be in charge of all security for the embassy, but would welcome any advisors you would offer.

Official Government Communiqué:
From: The Provisional Senate of the Republic of Praetoria Novus
To: The Executive Government of the Confederacy of Cholana
Greetings Cholana! Praetoria Novus is overjoyed with your response.
Firstly we are agreed on the matter of diplomatic immunity.
Secondly, 128-134, North 233 Street, Alesia District, Elucia (our Capital) would be a fine place for your embassy. Located in one of the more picturesque districts of our capital, it is only a short distance from both the Senate (our national legislature), the international airport and our mass-transit system.
The building itself is a very large, four-story structure, with a double-helipad on top, a seperate structure for the housing of vehicles and large walls with security cameras. As your own sovereign territory you will of course have full control over all aspects of it, including security.
Regarding the choices offered us, if the first cannot be made to accomodate our vehicles by expansion of the parking garage, etc, we would be happy to select the second on the outskirts of the city, which we would construct to the specifications we indicated in our last message.
Finally, your embassy detail and staff has been approved by the Senate, there was no problem with it at all.
Please reply indicating whether you accept the location that we offer you for your embassy, also whether we will be staying at the first or second locations offered based on our needs indicated above and finally the address for that location (which we need for our records).
We await your reply with interest.

Provisional Minister for Foreign Affairs
