September 30th is the birthday of ViZion's greatest President ever, Hiro Ando, better known as just "Chiefy" across the globe.

Hiro lead ViZion to become what it is today - a global powerhouse in economics, military, leadership, and overall status and power. He lead ViZion in countless successful campaigns and missions, from the founding of the Coalition Forces Alliance, the war to stop genocide,, the fighting against terrorism, the Egypstanian Wars, and the Acigoo wars to more peaceful areas such as the construction of the worlds largest theme-park, airport, and historical museum, as well as heading up many large peace conferences.

He was both respected and feared by the monumental number of allies, and his few enemies. He gained this through his straight-to-business, hard-nosed, no-horseplay, no-nonsense, and straight-forward mindset. He was a great man with great virtues, and a man of his word.

We invite all nations to send their leaders and officials to ViZion City to pay respect to this great man, who was killed 33 years ago in a terrorist attack. Let us celebrate his life on this day, September 30th, not mourn his death.

All nations - friend and foe alike - are invited.

Each person is allowed a maximum of one personal guard inside the host building, which is rightfully named Chiefy Center. However, you're allowed up to 5 guards per person attending outside the building.

Any trouble makers will be removed promptly, and our troops stationed in and around the building have a shoot-to-kill order should things get out of hand.

President Janky will surely be coming to the celebration of a close and long-time ally. He will be coming via VIP Pelican with two Skyhawk escorts. He will not have a bodyguard, as he is confident that ViZion Security will be in top quality. And to add to it, we will also send over 100 bottles of top notch, best of the best Jankian Champagne. President Janky II is coming to the end of his life, as he is 135 now, this would be impossible if it wasnt for Jankia's huge advancements in medical healing and powerful medicines. He has been around since President Janky I was killed in the Jankia - Falcania war, as we tryed to colonize. This will probably be one of his last partys, make it a good one!

I, Kasilyn Joan Branam, President of Jarridia, will happily join in the festivities celebrating the life of Hiro "Chiefy" Ando. Though I was unable to meet him myself, my late husband mentioned him numerous times. Obviously, Chiefy had touched a deep place in his heart, and was forever remember. On this momentous occassion, and with much respect to our greatest ally, we have begun construction of a new wing to the Jarridian International Art and Music Gallery. Construction is scheduled for completion very soon, and will feature a section soley dedicated to ViZion, and its great leader, with an installment of a gargantuan marble statue of Mr. Ando.

Also, in further recognition of the greatest Jarridian ally, the section of the Internation Highway 75, that passes through Shelbin, will be renamed the Hiro 'Chiefy' Ando Memorial Expressway.

I further express my intentions of furthering our alliance into the future. With Jarridia and ViZion both having new leaders, I feel that we must have a meeting to discuss the future projects and friendship between our nations. We hope that all fairs you well, and forever shall we utter these words, "Jarridia and ViZion, allies into eternity."

Despite the... distance that has come between our two nations, we still have our small installation on ViZion soil, and as such still concern ourselves with the politics of the general area.

I would be pleased to attend this function. I would offer to bring a few crates of our specialty Crimson Dawn wines, but it seems that others have taken on the mantle of providing refreshments. And would respectfully ask permission before... bringing on more of the booze.

The President will be accompanied by his wife and young son to the ceremony and hopes to be able to hold seperate talks with President Delain over topics of mutual interest.

Given recent problems (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=429417) in Risban, Emperor Scorpius is not able to attend. However, Empress Nora Courtney and the young Viscount Lucius Myles Scorpius, the wife and the son of the Emperor, will attend on his behalf (secretly wishing to find any excuse to leave the country). They will be escorted by five Imperial Lictors.
