(OOC: righty, first things, i don't have a defence budget, those of you with NSEconomy will see that fact, instead the way i'm RPing this is that my benevolant leader Mr Spiff has taken a small chunk from on of my overfunded sections and replaced it in the defence section, second thing, some of the words and inventions following are made up, take no offence i will attempt to explain a few now, a Schmeil Gun is a lighter version of the original Maxim Gun, a Naval Cannon, which i'm sure actually exists but Wiki tells me otherwise, is a normally turret mounted cannon which fires a bullet shaped shell, hardcore stuff in Spooty, any other questions and complaints please don't be afraid to ask/ complain)

ooc: I think you've overestimated you Command and Logisics figure, i'd say 50% of your force would be ample for C&L because they haven't got that many people to look after. I also think it would be wise for you to start splashing out into the military more, it might not be how you visualise your nation but aside from your population its really the only war-time figure that counts.

the way i had it worked is that there are three logistical people (Catering, Technical and Ammo) and one command to every 1 soldier, besides i don't think i could come up with any more names of units and soldiers, seriously 0.1% of my population is way enough for a nation like mine

So far pretty much every Issue i have answered this month has been as defence orientated as is possible, and still my defence budget remains wedged on zero, i even answered the Issue "defence needs more spending" to get more, still nothing, so i'm giving myself the military i should have been able to create by now.

OOC: he will be aided by the 53 other members of the MAP, including me, if he gets his vote passed.
