Czechoslovakia declares war on all enemies of the pact and begins full mobilization. Production of civilian models of aircraft and automobiles is to be dropped in favor of military aircraft, tanks, and armored cars. It is also hoped to call up 300,000 more men to bolster the strength of the Czechoslovakian army.

Production of the following types of weapons has been approved by the Politburo:
A.11 Bomber: 250 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aero_A.11)
A.12 Bomber: 40 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aero_A.12)
BH-12 Fighter : 140 (http://www.csd.uwo.ca/~pettypi/elevon/gustin_military/db/czch/BH21AVIA.html)
BH-25 Transport: 30 (http://www.csd.uwo.ca/~pettypi/elevon/gustin_military/db/)
S-20 Fighter: 120 (http://www.csd.uwo.ca/~pettypi/elevon/gustin_military/db/)

A tank designated KH-70 with capabilities including 13mm armor, a 37mm turret mounted gun, and a 50hp engine capable of pushing the tank up to 8mph (tracks) and 22mph (wheels) is also to be produced for the Czech army. Current target production is 50 annually.
