A puppet is any nation that is smaller or less known. Puppets can also be larger, or the same size, but there is size limit to have to be one. I have a puppet....guess who it is! (not this guy)

OOC: You can't really make a very large army in your first day, just probably a few couple hundred troops (because it is too fragile right now), and tanks are probably not in the cards right now.

Battleships are not recommended for a country your size. Although your post is alot more toned-down, it's still out of proportion of your country. The most of new country's strength will usually come from aid from other countries. If you want, I can develop a temporary military alliance to help augment your forces, if need be.

I do not wish to have a war to stop his nuclear weapons, nor do I have his trust to convince his otherwise that nuclear weapons are dangerous for a country his age, when it could be much better suited to forming a conventional army. we have used them before on others who take actions first and think later but only if we are provoked. would you take their side if one of their so called missles atempts to land on us or anyone else we call an ally?

Jenrak supports rogue nations because we ourselves is a nation who will do what we believe is best for not the international community at whole, but for a profit and a profit that will mostly benefit us. yes of course i understood that you would protect them is we atacked i was basiclt explaining myself to you. also if we do use our WMD it will be if it seems to be the last resort. for example he fired his missle, we have not yet the resources to fund missle defenses so the only feasible action would be to evacuate all civilians posible while at the same time several bombers cary our pay load to the atacking nation taking them out too.

IC- one by one the cells sliped out of the capital into the sourounding areas, whilst there was only 20 of them they were trained and experanced, the drove far out into the desert where one by one they loaded onto the rented civilen helicopters ,arnmed to the teath the flew out to near where the silos were thought to be located, the unloaded and the unmarked chopper flew off .

I agree. Good idea, but ruined in reality.

Pure Perfection cannot, and will not allow a nation, whos leader blatently is not competant enough to possess such weapons, do exactly that. It is in our best intrests, and those of the world, to take up arms, and put out this minor brush fire. lest it turns into a large brush fire.

If needed, we shall supply a small portion of our armies to help topple the regime, which seemed unlikley to even know how to make nuclear weapons, let alone read a book.

If anyone shall be intrested in Pure Perfections assitance in the brush fire, they may the defense department. Our armies are rather large, and we can spare quite alot of ground forces.
