Created to put the fear of god into infantry, the Meteor can fire a stream of fire several meters around itself. With a range of 15m, it is considered a close support vehicle, rather than a long range artillery-like vehicle. Even so, it is a major psycological weapon - not many infantry units want to assualt a vehicle that can cover them in fire.
