The Prix-Financier Republic of National Commonwealth is now actively seeking diplomatic and commercial ties. While a strong republic, our nation recently experienced some government upheaval and an economic downturn prompting us to reconsider a more open foreign policy, as we work to correct rampant radicalism internally. This program is an extension of the previous diplomatic exchange.

We would like to open our borders to your nation on terms suitable to you. If you are interested in exchanging embassies or forging alliance with the republic we submit to you these requests:

We wish to have at least 3 acres or 18,000 sq. ft. of office to open an embassy. As PFRNC requirement for embassies, a trade office will be opened with trade officals on hand at any embassy/consulate. We would like you to be aware that our official language is Franspánglisch, and as such we request that the entrance placard read "L'Ambassade du Commonwealth Por National República, Prix-Financier" for our citizens abroad. PFRNC does not particularly care about diplomatic immunity, but will grant it for your diplomats if we are granted it in return.

Regarding Your Potential Embassy

-Your embassy will be located on L'Avenue Para Community Du Monde (World Community Avenue) in Verum, our capital city. All sites are within close proximity to the Legisstraum, our global legislature, and are up to 5 acres in size.

-We offer you great flexability in the design of your embassy as it is our belief that an embassy is an expression of the nation it represents. You may bring as many personnel as you wish, and National Commonwealth law requires that all living necessities and housing costs (for any and all foreign staff) be covered by us. Your nation need not finance anything for your diplomats, except non-essentials (luxury, mainsons, etc).

-Style matters, so the Verum City Council must approve of your design. Additionally, stalinesque, gothic, obtrusive, or generally bad looking structures will not be acceptable for one of Verum's premier districts.

-Your nation may request as many consulates in whichever cities it wishes, however specific details will need to be worked out. This also applies if you wish to open a millitary base of any sort on PFRNC soil.

-A Charge d'Affaires from your nation must be present to oversee construction of your facility.

The United Kingdom of Azazia welcomes the opportunity to open a relationship with the Prix-Financier Republic of National Commonwealth in the interest of furthering cultural and economic links between our two nations. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs here in Imperium has long expressed an interest in opening a dialogue with the domestically well-regarded PFRNC although it only now a possibility after the conclusion of our national elections. Consequently, the UK would now like to take this opportunity to open not just a diplomatic/political dialogue with the PFRNC, but additionally we would like to begin talks on a commercial level, hopefully creating a fair trade agreement that will benefit both our economies.

In accordance to your wishes, the UK can prepare a three-acre downtown site in our capital city of Imperium upon which an embassy of your own design may be constructed, with the costs of construction being born by the United Kingdom. Diplomatic immunity will, as a matter of course, be granted to your ambassador and his or her main deputies, i.e. military, cultural, trade attachés and alike. Additionally, the UK fully recognizes the transfer of sovereignty over the plot of land to the PFRNC and that all diplomatic equipment not subject to confidence of the PFRNC ought not to be inspected without the presence and explicit consent of your government.

For the Embassy of the United Kingdom to the Prix-Financier Republic of National Commonwealth, we will respect your wishes in stylistic design and prepare a draft proposal for the architectural design to be approved by the Verum City Council. Additionally, the United Kingdom would request nothing more than an embassy of the size of your prior request – namely a three acre site. If these proposals are accepted, an official envoy of His Majesty’s Government will arrive in Verum within the month to submit an architectural plan to the Council and, pending the plan’s approval, will serve as the charge d’affaires until an ambassador is selected and confirmed by Parliament.

The United Sovereign Nations of Southeastasia wishes to establish an embassy exchange in an attempt to prevent future relations from turning sour. The embassy's design shall reflect the many cultures of Southeastasia (though it's main influence will be Chinese architecture), a homage to the generally peaceful populace. The embassy shall be guarded by professional bodyguards, and yes, the name of National Commonwealth's embassy will have it's name in the natives' language. May we prosper as good partners!
