The Grand Maestership of Unified Zanziik officially herein recognizes the government of The Empire of the Immortal Persians as the true and rightful rulers of their country. If he will be accepted, Maester Ruviiri Potukuu will visit your people in hopes of establishing favorable relationships.

Whilst we recognise the government of the new nation according to custom and proper decorum, we must enquire as to whether our brethren in the Immortal Persians will be following their ideals, which we stress we find noble, in a zealous manner. We would not want comments over Delassina's more restrained form of democracy to create tensions, especially when new relationships and partnerships can be formed.
