Several seconds later, a large bomb detionated in a busy intersection (http://www.satribune.com/archives/jan18_24_04/inset_groups.jpg), killing 250 motorists and injuring over 600.

At 7:52, 3 seperate blast exploded at the foot of a hotel, inside a mall (http://www.bjreview.com.cn/200420/040511121931_3.jpg), and on a train (http://windowmanager.blogspot.com/train%20bomb.jpeg), killing over 3,500 people and injuring over 7,000, many caused when most of the hotel collapsed (http://www.edm.bosai.go.jp/Taiwan1999/survey1/1/fonyuwan_1.jpg) upon a nearby office and the street.

Willink is horrified by this brute attack, which only accomplished killing many men, women, and children. We will hunt down and find any group responsible for this cowardly attack, and will serve out justice as we see fit."

Scolar Visari paced around his office with small joy. He rewarded the small band of Helghast troops for pulling off the bombings, with great pride and reknown. He knew it was risky, but somehow they pulled it off, getting into Willink secretly, setting the bombs before detonation, and getting out of their with no disturbance to the locals.
But he still thinks that if Willink will find out that is was them, then he does not know what Willink will do.
But he remembers the reason for these bombings: To show Willink the true might and brute of Helghasts. It was also because of the humilitation he recieved form Willink and the region of C A D. He would not go too far as C A D for bombings because it will be even more risky.
Scolar Visari will just need to wait.

It saddens us that some of the peoples on this earth believe they must commit acts of terrorism against innocent citizens of foreign or domestic nations to further a "cause." As such, the 47th Sucellan Expeditionary Force and 35th Sucellan Covert/Clandestine Operations Task Force are under the indirect command of your government. We offer our deepest condolences to those who suffer from this brutal attack. Although we wish to deploy our anbu corps to assist you, we can not deploy so many as to severely weaken our defences as some of the squads are already deployed to other areas. Even so, we do offer to deploy twenty squads of our medic nins. Our medic nins have been trained to treat a massive variety of injuries due to the dangerous operations that our shinobi carry out. They would be escorted by ten squads of our jounin level shinobi. Please respond as soon as possible.

We the governament of The Broken Tree offer any our assistance in anyway we are able to. As we speak our people have organized a relief organization and a team is on its way to provide counsiling and madical aid to vicrtims and thier families. As we are small and have a very small military we can not provide troops, but we offer our intellegence services to help track down the the bombers. If you wish we can send along an investigator with our next batch of resources to help trace the origens of the bombs.

OOC- the Islamic Jihad is a subdvision of the global jihad that has orcistrated attacks on outlying islands in the past, but yes, in general it is the Global Jihad.

Scolar Visari was in his office, giving out the last details of making an issue a law. But he heard the retinal scanner whirring outside of his office. The door opened, it was half of his Bodygaurd unit - ten of them - and three Helghast Base Soldiers. Scolar rembered them, they were on of the few who orchestrated the terrorist attacks in Willink.
The Bodygaurd Commander spoke, "These men have requested to see you about the terrorism in Willink."
"Alright, then leave now so we can speak," Visari spoke to the Commander.
He nodded, snapped his fingers to the other Bodygaurds, and all of them left.
When the door shut, Visari spoke, "What is it?"
The soldiers in the center walked forward. "My leader, we set off a total of six bombs, and we found out that the fourth did not explode. We remebered the locations of the bombs and when intercepting international news, we did not see the City Hall in flame. The people of Willink are going to find it sometime soon. It has our insignia on it and they will find out."
"I know that if Willink finds out it was us, then they will bring might down upon us. But I rember that logos and insignias do not matter anymore. Especially the high alert on terrorism these days. We will not be found out because we bought this from other nations - developed in one nation, put into circulation by another. Do not worry, but the people of Willink are not dumb. Instead, they want to find more facts before down to the final verdict. We will not be found.
