Secret transmission to all known terrorist organisations:

There are times when an enemy seems untouchable, when they step into your lifes, slap you and you cannot lay a finger upon them, no matter how hard you try. Frozopia has reached such a time. The enemy? Leafanistan, Red Tide2, The Lone Alliance and McKagan.

The enemy lay siege to the country known as Frozopia. They kill our people in the droves, they burn the land, they destroy the homes of thousands and they leave thousands of civilians starving in refugee camps. We want revenge. And we will pay accordingly.

As of yet we can only watch. The enemy swarm over the skies and sea's of Frozopia, but they fear any landing on our country, as well prepared as we our. So instead we request you, to do what we cannot.

We suggest you strike at the enemies heart, their people. To repay favours. We hope to drive down the morales of their populace, but our propaganda has as of yet been unsuccessful. So a mass murdering will do the trick.

Strike at something significant. A symbol of freedom? Economic power? Religion? Your choice. And kill at least 5000 civilians. Your pay will be on par with what you achieve.

And maybe we can suggest you use something powerful? Destructive? A nuclear weapon mayhaps? If such a strike was successful, we can promise pay in many millions.

(Yes, and Nistolonia you can't have known about the Black Hand unless Frozopia told you in IC about the fact that The Black Hand ratted on them. Provide it was a coded reply, Secret.) (Besides fighting a Terroist Organization is nearly impossible, besides I can Rally every Nod nation on NS if I play my cards right, I doubt your nation can take A group of war nations with a combined population of 10 billion.)

Official Declaration

This is an official notice to all terrorist organizations wishing to attack this nation, or any of the other nations allied with us against the idiotic regime in Frozopia.

Because we now have this information, we are placing Frozopia on a Level 1 Strategic Awareness Level. Should ANY attacks be made against the nations listed, it will result in a porportional response against not only the attackers, but the Frozopian mainland.

Nuclear, biological, or chemical weapons are yet to be used against civilians in this conflict. We would like to keep it that way, but we will NOT be pulled into a one sided war where it is looked upon as 'ok' for the Frozopian Government to ask for these barbaric attacks, but 'evil' for our military to do the same.

We are also, as recently elected to by IMTCs' Joint Chiefs, placing a 1 billion USD bounty on any member of the Frozopian National Governments' senior staff. The King of the nation, however, has been locked in for an 8 billion USD bounty.

The listed prices are for the said people ALIVE, should they be killed, half of the bounty will be wired.

[OOC: I know the whole Frozopia is technically a closed RP, but is there any way I could get in on this? I was thinking about using my Spectral Operatives to fulfill McKagan's bounty. [OOC: Once they've possessed a person, they control them totally. A Spectral Operative could fake his target's suicide by possessing him and walking out the window of a fifty-story building. The Spectral Operative automatically dispossesses his host upon the host's death. As for abduction, it'd be a simple matter of possessing the host and walking him straight into the hands of McKagan forces.]
