The Helghan Empire

Police and Military alert has risen high in The Helghan Empire after an assassination attempt on General Lente - Second in Command of The Helghan Empire, Supreme Leader of The Helghan Army. He was traveling via Dropship from OutpostCommand to Helghan, capitol of The Helghan Empire.
He landed on a Launch Pad in the middle of the city, and walk by foot, with his ten Helghast Bodygaurds, to the Helghan Headquarters.
As he walked, a sniper shot whizzed passed Lente and struck his bodygaurd in the back of the head, as his Bodygaurds surrounded Lente. He immediatly drew for cover, even though he had his IvP-18 Tropov Machine Pistol at hand, and his Bodygaurds fired at the assailant. Turns out he was not alone: 6 other hostiles appeared and fired at them with machine guns. The Bodygaurds fired their StA-52 LARs at them. Eventually victorious.
There were few civilians in the area at the same time, two were killed, one wounded in the leg. Two bodygaurds were killed, including the first one to die.
After all was quiet, the commander of the Bodygaurd unit called for other military support to secure the area. The bodies of the dead assailants were searched. They were all bald like the Helghasts. But apparently after some research and autopsies, military doctors concluded that they were only that way to disguise themselves to blend in with Helghasts.
The Helghan Empire does not give asylum to foreigns because of their isolation from others on the planet. The dead bodies were in unconfirmed race: meaining they do not know where they came from. The region of C A D were suspects, but they know they have no idea where Helghan is, nevermind the planet. They were still suspects but Helghasts wish not investigate there.
Helghast soldiers thought that they somehow got here by bypassing the Strategic Defence Platforms - that orbit The Helghan Planet's radioactive atmosphere. The SDPs were way too unstoppable to bypass.
Lente has gone into hiding in unknown military bases to lay low, Scolar Visari - Supreme Leader of The Helghan Empire - said it would be best for him until the military finds the culprits. And exactly why this assassination was performed.
The Armed Forces will remain red alert in the mean time, and extra security around the capitol and it's districts. Scolar Visari wishes if OutpostCommand's special operatives could help with the investigation.
