((This is kind of like a bunch of agreements between the United States and the Confederate States in Alternate Earth, where the war ended in a draw and peace agreements. All Mexican-held areas at the time above the current border, we're just going to ignore.))
After the Civil War, the Confederate States of America and the United States of America have agreed to the following terms on land, slavery, taxes on imports and exports with one another, and life between them in general.
1) The Union shall keep its states and all territories, save for Colorado and California, above West Virginia, which gives teh Union the following states and territories:
1) Maine
2) Massechuesettes(SP)
3) New York
4) Philedelphia
5) Maryland
6) West Virginia
7) Ohio
8) Illinois
9) Indiana
10) Michigan
11) Wisconsin
12) Iowa
13) Minnesota
14) North Dakota
15) South Dakota
16) Nebraska
17) Colorado
18) Wyoming
19) Montana
20) Idaho
21) Oregon
22) Washington
23) California
The Confederate States of America shall consist of the following states and territories:
1) Virginia
2) North Carolina
3) South Carolina
4) Georgia
5) Florida
6) Kentucky
7) Tennesee
8) Mississippi
9) Alabama
10) Texas
11) Louissianna
12) Arkansas
13) Oklahoma
14) Missouri
15) Kansas
16) New Mexico
17) Arizona
18) Nevada
19) Utah
In order to assure the CSA they are not getting the short end of the deal, they should first note that most New England states are smaller than normal Confederate states in land size alone.
