The Leaugue Of Free Colonies, a Organization devoted to exploration and colonizing new worlds is in need of allies, trade agreements, finacial support, or mining rights. We are mostly looking for Titanium and other componets for our small fleets. Also we would appreciate any help or new members, that any nation could offer. Unfortunately only nations over 200 million people can be accepted into the Leaugue at this time, for any nation over this number this number we will have to consult the rest of the Leaugue.

We are thankful for the offers but, when I joined it said Newby Nations only perhaps that's why there are only a few nations in the league. We shall consult with the other nations. The futherest I am aloud to give to a nation above 100 Million is "Membership Pending" we apologize for the mistake.

A most generous offer but one I must decline. We musn't become a colony when our purpose is to unite the colonies.
