Dear international leaders and organizations:
We cordially invite you to a gala and unveiling of a masterpiece of inginuity, 35 years in the making. The Skycastle weapons system is more than just terrestrial based planetary defense, but is a command center, a learning facility, and weapon of severe capabilities in its own right. While the intricate details of the plan are not to be released until the gala itself, I wish to give you some brief insight into the the project.

The ℓ1.5 trillion banc-secrities mark ($2.4 trillion) complex is the
largest undertaking of the PFRNC government to date. It represents years
of financial commitment and stretched the limits of the Commonwealth's
science and technology.
Some features include:
*biological/organic skin retrofit (nation's first practical attempt)
*Chrysalis Laboratories
*Trade Port and Docking Facilities
*Commercial & Industrial space for rent
*Special feastures to be revealed at a later date
Weapon Systems:
*Planetary-Scale "Slicer" Beams
*Electronic Debilitator Wavegenerators
*22 52mm Long-Range Heavy Pulse Cannons
*22 heavy Mid-Range Laser Cannons
*22 40mm Pulse Cannons
*6 Interceptor Mark II emplacements
*The Principal Munition is to be unveiled at the gala

Skyline - Verum, Federal District, RNC
The system is located in Verum, Federal District, the capital of National Commonwealth. The gala will also take place there at L'Hôtel Grand D'Autorité Centrale. There will be a huge selection of fine cuisine and club-style dancing followed by the grand unveiling. The date of the gala will be announced at a later date, but we certainly hope you will attend. Security will be extremely tight and of the upmost importance, so we would like you to indicate if you would like to attend, that we may prepare a guest list promptly.
