Hear ye, hear ye, your God commands you to....

As a surprising turn of events, the sovereign nation only known as Kimojuno, has banned all religion not doing with the worship of Kimojuno. According to religious text(s) Kimojuno was and is the God of both Time and Life, however it was originally two Gods known as Kimo (Time) and Juno (Life / Death), and after a long and thorough battle lasting over ten days and ten nights they became one. Or so the legend speaks, of course not many believed it, at least not openly until many months ago where on the exact site that this battle supposedly took place a temple was found....

Not surprisingly, The Religion of Kimojuno speaks of many laws and regulations which one must follow, and as always with these religions one states that no other religion and/or God must be set first. And so, the Priests of Kimojuno has set forth eliminating all other religions, in their own country, however they have allowed (in a surprising move) those of other religions to leave the country. They were quoted, "Kimojuno preaches love, by neutrality, which is what The Religion of Kimojuno is -- neutrality."

----

A large debate was started many years ago, but wasn't finished (at least not publicly) until a couple months ago, where John R. Stugroom was quoted, "I am and was related to The Original Priest of Kimojuno and so I say to you, be kind and gentle to your neighbors, and above all let no other God nor Person set you asundle." As a prefix to what was yet to come, many churches were soon burned down, in fact many rapes and other crimes also happened.

It has been approximately six weeks since the burnings and crimes happened, and all has seemed to calm down since then, however two weeks ago (four weeks after the burnings) many other religious believers were told and forced to leave. It was supposedly to protect them, from any religious prosecutors, however all religion except Kimojuno has been declared by the elected and current government.

There are aproximently 30 city-states, with-in Kimojuno, and over one billion people around as part of the country. The country is mainly green and hills, however some mountains are about the center along with the main Kimojuno temple (discovered two month before the burnings), which is now the chosen capital and worship place of Kimojuno.

Our news crew was only allowed to view the outside of the temple, as only country-born citizens are allowed to enter, however we saw many technologys about the country. Including a few dangerous biological and nuclear weapons, however we have no idea how many or of what kinds specificly.

There were also plenty of men and women, both which are trained and willing to fight and die for Kimojuno, however we do know that men are trewated with higher respect then women. Both, however, are trained in many of the Kimojuno Religion, including defence and neutrality, since they are around five (women) and six (men).

Neither are wrapped nor concealed, however around 60 (men) 70 (women) they must kill themselves, in a specific religious ritual, and this has resulted in many of those near that age leaving the country before a complete lockdown is done. The religious officials have already stated that in two weeks a complete lockdown will be done, and no one will ever be allowed to enter or leave, without complete agreement from the countrys officials.

There has already been some lockdown of the citys coasts and inner places, especially the main temple of Kimojuno, where many guards have been placed (including planes, jets, and other such machinery). However, for the most part the country is not very advanced, and it is unknown at this time where the steady rise of technology has come from. Many believe it is a gift from Kimojuno, their Lord and God.

We leave you with one final statement, from a Kimojuno Priest, "Lantia Sang Manto." Loosely translated it means, "Come and go in peace, leave and come in war, but always exist in neutrality."

(OOC)

As normal, I'm open to anything, however I must insist that if we war I have final OOC word (I don't want to loose the country). However, I am open to most roleplays, including people/nations wanting to worship Kimojuno -- or even those viewing the religion as a threat.

I wont suddenly say my nation disappears in a cloud of dust, because of some religious help or anything, but I won't allow it to be totally nuked either (that would simply be unfair and pretty meaningless). The boarders are not completely guarded, nor completly closed off, however there are only a few docks around the city-states (City-State = A sovereign state consisting of an independent city and its surrounding territory / In this meaning, however, each do follow Kimojuno but can make its own laws but do follow specific Federal Laws).

Once again, please remember I won't suddenly call for divine intervention, but I won't allow my country to be taken over. This is to be a fun roleplay, and not final in anyway, so we can always have more (I plan to perticipate and create eventually).

NOTE: The country was built around the place, or where people thought the original battle took place, and then the temple was found proving (for many people) that the battle DID take place and was on this Holy Land called Kimojuno.

Signed,
Jeff / Kimojuno.

The Empire of Kimojuno has banned all protests, which go against their God Kimojuno, and against the government itself. This has made many people angry, but they are still leaving, as they want to leave this, 'Crackpot Nation', as some have been quoted saying.

The Priests of Kimojuno have no comment, at this time, however there has been a few missing women and men. There has also been screams heard from the main temple site, of Kimojuno, and this has raised a few eyebrows.

Actually the religous fanatics, as you call them, are the government and frankly I don't want to have my nation occupied and my resources farmed. Please read the end of my first post, I stated about this already, but if it wasn't clear enough I'm sorry.

I'm not in the mood for loosing the nation, and yes I count being occupied as loosing it, however if you would like to roleplay then fine. However, I do not want to have the nation occupied, although war can be fun, I just don't feel like doing that kind of roleplay again (If you want look up JunoSprite -- It was occupied and the roleplay wasn't that good). I know it can be fun, but anyway I don't feel like having The Nation of Kimojuno occupied, but who knows maybe someday. I'll stop typing before I go on and on. :p
