IC: Once again, the weather in Hiiraan seemed unforgiving, it was cold, bitter cold. Emperor Samantar Abdirisaq, the First General Emperor of Hiiraan has been awakened with a grave news, The Nation was under attack, it did not seem clear from where or who but it was clear three Missile attacks were reported. "General, Its clear that our nation is under attack, early this morning under the cover of darkness, three missile attacks were directed at our nation by an unknown force, properly our bitter enemies to the south or East." said a RMO, a Messenger group who sole services is too bring news to the Emperor.

"Its seems evident that something dangerous has occurred my fellow citizens, we must retaliate and hopefully any coward nation who is hiding shall show itself" he told his close 'employees' "We will retaliate as soon as this heinous nation shows its true colors, Increase the Code: Defunct Dangerous and mobilize all active forces to prepare for war, Activate defense facilities and make sure all sea routes to our glorious nation is closed by our high navy. The Air force shall prepare its fighters, bombers, and all of its other forces. take that news immediately to the world" The Emperor was ready for war, he wanted to make sure no other nations ever attempted to try to destruct his nation like that again.

"You Messenger, Bring forth yourself" he ordered one messenger who was standing at the beck and call of the emperor. "All Advisors and Cabinet shall Immediately join me at Camp Solar" he ordered the Messenger to take this news to all of the cabinet members, his advisors, and many other members of his immediate leadership partners. Camp David is located in a secret location, it has been constructed for occasions like this, its was like a WAR BUNKER like no other in History.

The Emperor with his group of advisors who have joined stood on large surface that looked like a huge scale. However it was something that the world 4 floors above them have never seen in operation in a present war. The Emperor anxious to know more and to get into his "Dulka" as he called it was ready to start his defensive and offensive operations. As soon as everyone that was needed for the first run was on board the platform, its started moving downstairs and a small screen appeared in front of them.

233M....234......249M.....250M... Lock Initiated. The screen which the members who the emperor led were watching for 2-4 minutes coming down into his bunker suddenly disappeared into the wall. "Lets Step off gentlemen" politely requested a military uniformed individual who seem to came from no where. "You have arrived at the best bunker facility in our region emperor, we are the people who come over here daily to maintain this system and your bunker, we are at your beck and call" the individual spoke.

"Give me your name sir?" requested the Emperor. "My name your greatness is General Abdullah Qadir" he answered obediently. "I shall be your informer at this facility sir"

The Emperor with his entourage of about 20 to 25 men followed the General who has been so obedient to them. "Here is your decision making table your highness" said the General as he showed the gentlemen their center table and introduced them to all the system they will use to order and at the same time stay current with the world above them. this was the first that many of them men came here, but the emperor was given periodic tours of his 'Palace underground'

The Emperor sat down in his special center seat, the advisors followed while men of service surrounded the vicinity as they waited to oblige the Emperor's requests and his guest.

The Emperor opened the few files he had and started introducing the situation. " Gentlemen! we have been called at this location for a particular reason, you all have been briefly advised about the situation, now its time to react. Lets stand up and show no mercy what so ever" the Emperor looked around as the movement towards war came close.
