Hmm... weight should increase by 30-50 tons. Unless it has armor made out of paper.
The armaments are certainly fine. It reminds me of a halfway step between conventional main battle tanks and superheavy designs like a Mammoth or an Admiral A-1.

Altered, any idea on armour values?
My only complaints are
1) you've called it a Russ when the chassis is rather different (no biggie)
2) I think it's slightly too fast for a Russ, although I could be wrong (I hate converting metric to English).

In order to fit and use that 185mm ETC gun you're going to need a tank that's at least two hundred tons, simply because of the recoil packed by an electro-thermal cannon. As a rule of thumb, any tanks under one hundred tons shouldn't have a gun larger than 130mm ETC, while yours is forty tons over that limit, there's a bit jump as well between 130mm to a 185mm. So I suggest that you either change the gun to a 150mm, let's say, or increase the weight of the tank to 200 tons.
As for the armor, what kind of armor are you looking at. An explosive reactive type armor [or non-explosive reactive in some cases], ceramic? Anything in particular?

As for armour Im not sure, This is the heaviest tank in the Kraven military so i need some armour thats can take hits and drive away relativly unscathed, so something along those lines

The Origonal Leman Russ did have the same chassis, but the Emperor class is a new model, with updated chassis and armour
