ooc: Ok, I am bored. Very, very, very, very bored. I generally dislike war Rps, but now, I really, really want one, even if it results in my ass getting kicked to the curb (just no dogpiles please).
Either that, or i can do the VC Rp with Upper Xen, but UX seems to be busy developing New Dornalia, so he might not have time.
Just a couple of rules:
*No FT
*Nothing from people I ignore/dislike.
*I want to RP this to the finish, even if it takes months.

What did you have in mind Kaiser Martens? I'm thinking an MT war, all theaters, naval, air, ground.
