Although wounded, Teddy survives and will become a national hero once he recovers, Platt amendment fails to win approval in the senate when Mckinley threatens veto. US to pull out of Cuba by 1902, and Puerto Rico to be given opportunity for independence or territorial status in US in 1904 Presidential election.

(Germany) Imperial German navy boosts number of capital ships

1902:
(South Africa) The Boer War ends, British force terms on the South Africans, among which include political rights for black Africans. Transvaal and Orange Free State cease to exist as independent republics.
(Russia) Purchased from United States the battleships (almost new) Iowa, Kearsarge, Kentucky, brand new cruisers Denver, Des Moines, and Chattannoga, plus 35 torpedo boats.
(USA) Phillipine insurection comes to an end, the Phillipine bill of 1902 is passed, Cuba is granted its independence the US does retain its base at Gitmo, McKinley orders the first anti trust lawsuit under the Sherman Anti Trust Act, more battleships being added to the fleet and a large number of destroyers. Several submarines are also added.

You also forgot the completion of the Trans-Eurasian in 1921 and the creation of the Worker's Republic in 1919.

You also forgot the invasion of Venezuela in 1904 by the Anglo-German Alliance.

He did get the most territory, it's true.
The whole Russian/German alliance, both as Empires and later as Socialist Republics, should probably be included, as well, since that's a major shift from RL History. My Komrad can confirm this, but I think we formalized it in either 1906 or 1907, and renewed it after the German Revolution, of course.

And some time in 1921 Russia provided aid to Rumanian leftist rebels until the Rumanian government was able to come to terms with Russian demands.

Well, the Romanian-Russian crisis is still unfolding but the hostillities were instigated by the "Iron Guards" fascist paramillitary Group in Romania. But thanks to a reporter named Arkady Gaidar of the russian newspaper Krasnaya Zvezda the plan was foiled and key leaders of the group were arrested an dwill be put to trial shortly.
