After realizing we did not have enough trade-pacts (we are self-sufficient, for the most part) and only limited foreign relations (i.e. contracts from foreign arms contractors and two embassies), I am willing to, after approval from the Prime Minister, allow nations to establish embassies within the USSEA.

In terms of vehicles, we would like to station 2 unarmed APCs, 5 armoured ambassadorial cars and 2 unarmed helicopters in our embassy in your capital. With regards to your own embassy, we are willing to allow you to place any number of small arms on your embassy, but we will not allow any cannons or rocket launchers.

With regards to your requested vehicles, we do not see the need for your vehicles to be armed and whilst in the capital you will of course be subject to Praetonian firearms laws, but we do not object to you providing your vehicles with an armament so long as said armament is not attached to the vehicles when outside of your embassy.

As your embassy will legally be Southeastasian sovereign territory, you may of course fly your own national flag from the embassy, and we assume that the same will apply to our own embassy. I hope that this exchange of embassies will herald improved relations between our two nations.
