United Cybertron is a new technology corporation that was founded by the Confederacy of Terren States military. Its job is to develope new technologies for both military and civilian use.
Our first breakthrough was a new type of robotic drone that has two modes. A vehical mode for transport and disguise, and a robot mode for combat. Our first prototype 'transformer' is the Mk 8 Combat Tank. It is designed for heavy ground combat and armed with a 70mm chain gun, plus other weapons.

We are a new company, and our goverment lacks the funding to bring this to production. We are seeking out nations interested in these new units for there military and that are willing to help fund this new research. All nations who provide funding will recieve prototype units for field testing free of charge. Thank you.

We estimate start-up costs for prototyping to be about $250 million, full scale production $3.4 billion. We currently have 5 prototypes of the Mk 8 Combat Tank available for testing. Two of the units can be sent to your R&D Center for imediate field testing. The 70mm chain gun is intended for anti-infantry use, but can used against light vehicals. Each tank has five launch ports for ARC-36 anti-vehical rockets. There is one reload per port. We are currently building a prototype of the AeroDrone. My goverment has wired the 250 mil in protype stateup costs. We are more then willing to fully fund you production start up in return for domistic production rights on any units. This will still permit you to sell the units to other countries but will give Tarlag a sacure supply of the tanks.
Of course all this will depend on our accepting the units for our military.

The C-130 is away. Please have your military test them in different combat simulations. (OOC: stats will be listed shortly) Many thanks for the fiancial assistance, it will be used to create more versions of the Combat Tank Drone. Consider the two tanks being sent as free trial versions. If your military leaders approve, funding for production start up in return for domestic production rights can be discussed. We have done assembly and warm up of the two units and everything seems to be fine we are awaiting the technical data on the units to begin proper testing. My R&D department has suggested some minor modifications to the design From the original specs. sent.
Replacement of the 70mm chain gun with a 30mm rotary cannon using dpu. ammo. For Tarlag this is a locally produced weapon and has a higher rate of fire then your 70mm gun. This will also increase your ammo load out and my people say you can add two 50 cal. coaxial machine guns for anti personal work.
On a side note you made a request for Skycapt if he had any F-15's. We have just tested and taken delivery of his F-42 Raven. We have found it to be an excellent carrier born fighter and and ground based interceptor. We have taken delivery of a full wing of these aircraft and in the short time we have used them we have run in to no problems.
If you have need of fighters in the short term we may be able to supply a air group of 36 Saab produced Viggen fighters as part of our payment for the production rights for your tank. These fighters are from one of our air groups that has transitioned over to a newer model of the Viggen.

Specifically, a device that can suspend substances such as antimatter in a magnetic field.

Finally, the request for aircraft was not made for our own protection. Rather, it was for a research study. My untimate goal is to incorporate our transformer technology into everyday vehicals. Imagin your enemies surprise when a squad of outdated F-15's sudenly becomes a group of unstopable robot soldiers. I will contact him about possibly adapting his F-42 for this purpose.

We will be shipping 24 30mm rotary cannon within the next week. This gift has been cleared through our Ministry of Trade. Unfortanitly the transfer of any depleated urainum ammo can not be compleated at this time do to the needs of project Grand Slam.

Thank you for the weapons. With your permission, we will begin to mass produce only enough of the weapons to arm the tanks coming out of the factory. Consider it a production-rights exchange. For this, we would grant you the production rights for your modified tanks, which I am calling the Mk 9. These are for domestic use only, and cannot be sold to other countries, except on my own storefront. If this deal is acceptible, please let me know.

The Ministry Of Trade has agreed to the rights exchange. We would be interested in looking at you aircraft prototype to see if we would like to by the domestic rights for them also. We will be gearing up a factory to begin production of the MK 9 in six months.

I have been given permission to offer your country a newly developed weapon developed for use against super battleships that some of the larger NS countries are using. The code name is project Grand Slam. If you are interested please let me know.

It Depends on the sizes of the substance and what it is (liquid or solid), the weight needed to hold. I got a couple of things what could do the job....
