Looking To start a fledgling region based on communist/liberal values.

Looking To start a fledgling region based on communist/liberal values.
I am unable to find a suitable place or players to develop a decent sense of being.
Want to create a Region where a lot of people feel involved in the inner working and are united through the same communist/liberal principles.I am also want to get heavily involved in the UN. My current proposal is currently being considered SECULARISE EDUCATION SYSTEM. This and my nation should give you an idea of my ideals.It will create effort but will definately be worth it if people are prepared to stick at it.
