I think you could RP a tribute to your new nation, where all your equipment is the tribute you'd pay.
I'd check with someone more experienced first.

Yes, just RP the trade between your two nations in II. Though, this might be considered a godmod if the traded weapons are too advanced, such as nuclear weapons etc. Use your best judgement. :)
