The Doctor sighed and responded " We've had our best people on this for 10 years, we don’t know what’s causing it, and we can’t find a way to stop it. We do think the cause could be in the Creative Mountains, where god created our world over 4 million years ago. Every attempt to go near the area in the past 50 years has proved fatal. It would take an act of god to save us! So far all we can do is slow it down, but only 30% of babies are being born healthy now, and that’s only in the outer rejoins "
