Zactarn Prime's children must go through compulsory military schooling which takes away fom normal educational needs. Because of this the people of Zactarn Prime are not the brighest in the universe so government is devoting more money to education. We will include Music, Art, Gym, and more with 5-levels of schooling: Junior Military, Elementary, MIddle, High, snd Senior/Advanced Military.
