The Council of Watchers wishes to place upon the head of President Tobias Gray of Farmina, a bounty for his death, in the amount of $1 Billion USD. Upon completion of the deed, you are to contact the Watcher's Council, to receive payment in full.

Let it be know that the DSS will be upping the bounty on the head of Tobias Grey by 1 billion Imperials.

We do not concern ourselves with live captives and expect him to be executed on the spot.

Anyone that can prove without doubt that he has killed Tobias Grey can claim the reward.

OOC: This might be a good chance for me to try out my Spectral Operatives, or just another job for my premier assassin, Delta One. Rotovia, please check out my Project Ethereal (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=444680) thread to see if my Spectral Operatives would be acceptable for this RP. If not, I'll use Delta One instead. Please note that for the Spectral Operatives, they can only spend a limited time in spirit form outside of a host (be it living or an inanimate object), and they have to terrify a subject before they can possess them, so there are limitations to the Spectral Operatives. The drawbacks of the Spectral Operatives will be further elaborated as Project Ethereal comes to a close, but those are the basics for now.

This will be a great time to dispatch Helghast IFO Bountyhunters, but we are in war now so this cannot be done. But we could probably do this, yes is it PMT, FT, MT? Our IFOs are more brutal than any rank in The Helghan Army. They can provide artillery strikes, great tactics, and very...very...harsh and brutal executions.

But, why is it that you want this Tobias Gray dead?
