The Republic of Torontia wishes to ask all nations that it would like to purchase nuclear weapons of all and any variety.

Torontia has over 260 million people and a defence budget that is in the hundreds of billions, thus Torontia meets all international laws for the purchasing and ownership of nuclear weapons.

Torontia ONLY believes in the use of nuclear weapons if attacked FIRST with nuclear weapons by another nation.

Torontia has a stable government and is a nation renowned for it's peaceful and constructive role in international affairs.

I made a post on a treat of alliance, which is a lot more developed than a non-agression pact.

Both of you wish to have that signed before any allainces are made, I can make a new thread for the non-agression pact.

However McKagan, you will have to withdrawl the 'Nazi' remarks you made about Torontia's government, support the democracy that exists with Vader Tanakis and make a PR campaign in your nation to get your 'informed' citizens to support the New Order system in Torontia.

The Theocratic Chemicalists of Jenrak fails to understand why you are doing this. We fail to understand how a nuclear weapon can be successfully placed as a deterrent, as they are barely used anyways on the international stage.

And we both responded saying the alliance was too much, and asked for non-agression pacts.

Also, that doesn't really mean that i've got to support your government, it just means I won't nuke you because of it. I can't have my government constantly chaging stances, here.
