Pananab Petroleum Co. Founded

Hakunan Jahuziz, the son of a village elder in a large village SW of Panrabia has founded an oil company called Pananab Petroleum after he struck black gold NE of Panrabia and south of the city. Whether the Pudite occupiers will let the company stay or he'll be able to compete with the giant oil deposits discovered by RedTide2 is up for debate, but either way, the company will definitely help shape Pananab's future. Already, his hometown, where the company is being based, and Panrabia have boomed with foreign busineeses, hoping to take advantage of the fresh oil in the area.

Ever since General Stowe's retreat, a lot has happened. The RedTide2-held area has boomed as well from the giant oil deposits and the locals have done their best to not envoke the wrath of their occupiers, so they have gotten jobs helping out the Pudite, RedTide2, and Arakarian militaries. What General Stowes is doing and what he has planned is still a mystery...

I'm afraid I'm going to have to decline at this time. If Pananab Petroleum was ever to grow in size, foreign influence would be too great on Pananab if it were to be owned by a foreign company, and we're trying to get our own identity. If worse comes to worse and the Pudites do not allow us to stay as a company, I will accept your offer.

The Red Tidean Tech-Com Corporation(which had laid claim to the oil find) was spending SOME money on the locals, but only 1/15th of what was being made, the rest of it was used to pay the workers, or it was funneled into the coffers of the entire corporation. A division worth of Tech-Com Corporations Military Wing(who basicilly act as security personnel for the Tech-Com Corporation AND Mercernary Soldiers) gaurded the oil field. But the Tech-Com Corporation wanted more. More money... MORE. And since the Supreme Commander of Red Tide and the Tech-Com Corporations CEOs were 'good buddies'(IE:Buisness Partners), the Red Tide Goverment happily agreed to another favor. The Red Tide Military had kept control of the airstrip it had constructed up north of the oil field, even bringing in 2 sqaudrons of SU-47s. They had upgraded it, as in laying down actual runways, hangars, even a god damn control tower. It was gaurded by a Red Tidean Infantry Division, but in the dead of the night, a Red Tidean Mechanised-Infantry Division was flown in and assembled... in preperation for OPERATION:BLACK GOLD.

Hakunan knew that his company was safe from his competitor in teh RedTide2-held area. If the Pudite government actually cared for the people and were truely 'liberating' Pananab, they wouldn't stand for an attack on their held land. This, in itself, held an advantage for Stowes and the company. Pitting the occupiers against one another would cause their imperialistic grasp to lessen, allowing Stowes to gather his resources...

The Red Tidean division began to move towards the large oil field to the
East of the airstrip. Another pass with a Tech-Com Mineral Sattelite had revealed it and the Tech-Com Corporation wanted it. The Red Tideans knew that there was literally nothing between them and the oil field. So they moved out.

The Yukos/MOil Joint Oil Conglomerate has taken an interest in this situation and is willing to use private military assets in an attempt to pacify any tension in the region and to possibly force their own drilling operations.

Message: I do not wish my company to be directly tied with any federal or foreign government or business. We will not hand over the business, but I will sign the necessary papers to have my own private business.

I would also like to request military protection and first claim rights to any oil deposits found in the Pudite-held area of Pananab found by citizens, as well as protection on the sea, should we ever find it productive to drill offshores. I hope that this independant business will profit both of our nations.

Message: We would like the Yukos/MOil Joint Oil Conglomerate to know that the Pananab Petroleum company is based in Pudite territory, and thus must abide by all Pudite laws and regulations. As of right now, it is Illigal for a private citizen to own any sort of buisness. We are giving them rights above our own CITIZENS in offering them this. The only other option is the total shut dwon of the company, which I am sure Mr. Jahuziz will not choose. Therefore the PDOCAGRI would like to respectivly ask you to revoke your threats against the Dominion.

We are glad that you have accepted our offer, and that force was not necessary. The necessary papers are being delivered now, and should arrive by noon tommorow. Thank you for your buisness.

OOC: Basicaly, in return for allowing you to privatly own your buisness, we are demanding 5% of your profits, OK?
