Under Section 4 of the Constiution of Rotovia, the democratically elected government of Rotovia, by a popular vote of plebes, request that the Senate be granted title to Amend the Consitution one this occasion as bellow specified and as bellow mentioned only, at this time.
Purpose of Amendment: To extend the freedoms already granted under Federal Law, to bring consistancy between Federal and State Law and to preserve the Rights of Rotovian Citizens.
Let the Following be authorized for change to the Constitution:
The phrase: It shall be vested the Right of State and Province to at the discretion of their duly appointed Assemblies, through means of disclosed herein this document, to pass laws relating to marriage, divorce and anulment.
Shall be struck null and void, from this time forth. It shall be replaced with: The power to legislate on matters of marriage, divorce and anulment shall be vested with the Senate of The Consitutional Republic of Rotovia.
The following is to be added to the above as SubSection Eight: A Marriage is a legally binding union of two or more constenting adults.
Terms: By voting Vou you agree to grant the Senate authority to pass laws that Amend the Consitution specifically and limited to the above.
By voting Polt you donot aggree to grant the Senate the aforementioned rights.
By voting Abstain you refrain from participation, Abstains will not be counted to either Vou or Polt.
Yes, No or other votes will not be counted. All votes must be entered using Imperial Standard Rotesque.
