At 5:00 PM today the Head of State of the Peoples Republic of Korridan announced a plan to begin construction of 3 Nuclear facilities to power the ever expanding cities of New Siberia. These facilities will be capable of produceing Nuclear Weapons however the Peoples Republic of Korridan assures that there are no plans to maufacture weapons of mass destruction and these reactors will be used simply to supplement the power provided by the various other systems in place.

In other news the Peoples Republic of Korridan has announced a plan to move towards democracy in a surprise move earlier today. The Government has stated its reasons are to ensure a tyrant like Klaus Heinrich never again is able to come to power.

We are extremly happy that smaller nations are taking the initiative to use different power sources and try to cut the use of fossil fuels. We will offer you any assistance you require: be it funds, personnel, know how, or protection from imperialist nations who believe anything nuclear is equal to satan.

We agree with our ally and offer plans to build a CANDU reactor. This is a pressurized-heavy water, natural-uranium power reactor. They are easy to build and can be refueled while online. Their main advantage is that they can run on unenriched uranium, so you avoid the whole nuclear weapons thing all together. We suggest you use it so imperialist warmongers can't claim WMDs as a reason to invade.

We welcome any funding for our program, and we are seeking information on how best to dispose of the hazardous byproducts without endangering Korridanians. As for Imperialists, twice already our great nation has cast back imperialists in the forgeing and reforgeing of Korridan, we believe we will be able to deal with the wrecthes and fact that over one third of our budget is dedicated to defence and policeing exemplifies this.

We Can remove the waste by products from your Programme and ensure that they are safely disposed of, All that we ask for in Exchange is a small plot of land, Aproximatly 5 miles by 5 miles to construct a Chemical Plant, The Terms are yours to decide and Regular inspections are welcomed, as this plant will also be used in Disposing of the Radioactive waste, But we assure you our safety standards are of the Upmost importance.

We have the solution for you, we can take the hazardous waste and reprocess it, we will use special genetically engineered bacteria to decontaminate plastics and then put them through specialized Thermal Deploymerization units. As for the heavy metals left over, they have a variety of industrial and medical uses. We'll send you the plans and we believe we can pay you $3 US for each kilo of light material radioactive waste (gloves, plastics), $120 US for each litre of containminated water left over, and $14 US for each kilo of heavy metals left over, such as the depleted uranium and plutonium.

The Emperor believes that a buisiness agreement between our two countries could benefit us greatly. he has noticed that your country lacks the means to produce uranium fuel for reactors. My nation is rich in Uranium of which we have very little use for. Therefore the Empreror would like to ship uranium ore to your country in exchange for a price that the Emperor is willing to negotiate.

Official Message from Animarnia State Department

Animarnia is pleased to see your nation is moving over to nuclear fuel however it has also raised some concerns within out government about creating Nuclear weapons, especially after the recent attacks on our country. Animarnia seeks assurances that any enriched nuclear material you create would not be sold to third party nations that would use said materials to create nuclear weapons.

Animarnia bids you good luck with your peaceful nuclear endeavours

Dammit, people, all this is complicative. Just send the stuff to our spaceport in Saharistan, we'll strap a rocket onto it and send it to Pluto! For free! The scientific experiments it would set up would be UNBELIEVEABLE! We would be able to set up a system of testing radiation and experiencing zero gravity on monkeys AT THE SAME TIME! We could also form an alliance out of this! Yeah, you see, each of you big nations give us the plans to your secret space weapons at alliance basement prices and we base them on the cargo barges we're sending to Pluto! As long as this facility stays open, we've got a base for a Space Based Combined Defense Initiative! Think of the benefits of this!

Animarnia is interested in your proposal and is willing to build several of our Orbital Defence Particle cannon Satellites to help defend this research facility if you provide us with the necessary materials. Animarnia is also willing to supply this facility with several High-end Cold Fusion Reactors for use at this facility and a Squadron of our newest ASA-43 Hammerhead Mk I Exo/Edo atmospheric fighter jets. However the materials to build these devices and the subsequent transportation of them to Pluto rests on other more technologically advanced nations than ourselves as Animarnia lacks any form of large scale capital ships and is only a MT/PMT nation

Hello, the discussion of a new research facility on Pluto has been forwarded to this department.

As it stands (with the resources we have available,) the main transportation of the actual waste products could be made with any of the planned 70 GH-2 Space Shuttles were have built (or buildng.) Alternativly, we have a single Strike Destroyer that could be used if we uparmored it's cargo bay, but that would take time and more money than the easy to produce GH-2 Space Shuttles. Also, as it stands, "Pluto" may not be the actual location of the site. Pluto is a possibility, but the secretary who wrote that used it figurativly. While things remain to be seen after, we need to see other nations responses to this idea, ie, the nation who's matter we would be taking to space.

It is by far the cheapest way to deal with the removal of this waste, as it literally pays us back!

1) Space Research
2) Economy's popping up around spaceports, manufacturing of space technology.
3) Military Platform
4) Intelligence Platform

Indeed, this is of course currently speculation at this time and we understand "Pluto" was just a relative placeholder so to speak. You Shuttles sound like they could do the job quite well and could be escorted by the Hammerhead fighters while en-rout to the destination this is of course still all up in the air but we look forward to co-operating with you should events pan out.

But why Pluto? Jupiter's or Venus' volatile atmospheres would allow a much more effective and much more quicker dissassemblage of the materials, and the removal of waste, instead of launching it towards a cold fragment in space.

We are sorry for the misunderstanding, but by "Pluto," our representative meant another planet. "Pluto" was a general/figurative term, although Jupiter and Venus are both on the list, we would rather set up a STORAGE facility.

The Peoples Republic of Korrridan will allow unusable and unneccesary waste to be shipped to space, however, we will not allow foreigners on the soil of our beloved nation in the form of these so called "Inspectors". The Idea of delegates from foreign nations haveing free acces to facilities that could if sabotaged create incredibly detrimental effects to the heawlth and wellfare of the Korridanian people is unthinkable. We also glady accept Velkya's monetary contribution.
