A New Generation of Police Brutality.
Just an Hour ago, after a big drug bust, Police began murdering normal civillians and Inmates. Inmates where beaten to death with small logs, Civillians were gunned down or flatened by car, Women were raped and children shot. The Governemnet is unable to control it. The Army has joined forces with the Police. Its an Uprising. Much of the Black-American community has risen up against the Armed Forces. Hundreds of People have joined in order to save a once-loved nation.

In order to stop this war getting larger, we will send:

3,000 Special Force Units (armed with bayonets, M-16s, M-203s, M-240b, M-249 Squad Automatic Weapon and M-24 Snipers)

Naval Bombardments are on standby in case.
