Kahanistan President Mohammed bin Yusuf al-Za'if, General Abu Omar ibn Bakar, commander of the Imperial Marines detachment, and General Jamal bin Faisal as-Saheeh, commander of the Republic Guards detachment, show up. The two generals are carrying a huge crate marked 'KETAMINE' in the four official languages of Kahanistan. (English, Latin, Arabic, and Hebrew.) General as-Saheeh has four different kinds of bongs sticking out of his back pocket, and General ibn Bakar is weighed down by the sixteen three-liter bottles of He'Brew, the Chosen Beer stuffed carelessly into his uniform. As they set the ketamine on the floor near the meeting table, one of the beer bottles falls out and breaks.
President al-Za'if takes a seat. "I'm not used to partying, I don't really know what this is, I'm 44 years old and never got into the club scene." He puts about four spoonfuls of Ketamine into his beer and takes a swig.
