Just yesterday, the great Civil War on our islands has ended. Massive in scope and brutal in character, it resulted in the deaths of tens of thousands in just over seven hellish days. Massive massacres occured all throughout the country wherever the religious insurgents went. In the city of Mosk, in particular, there was no pity. Previously considered the cultural center of the nation, it simply does not exist anymore. Three days of bombing, fighting, and massacres reduced it to nothing.

Nor is the capital city, Athasism, much better off. Only heroic measures prevented its downfall. One-half of the population is dead, almost all of the survivors living in poverty. Before the War, our country was among the wealthiest in the region. Now it is among the most decrepit, after the terrible events of just a few days ago.

Therefore, we call on all nations to supply us with loans or donations totalling seventy billion dollars . Not only that, but we need supplies of food, water, blankets, technical personnel to rebuild our infrastructre, et cetera. Will you help us in our time of need?

The Athiesist military has been reduced to 20,000 personel total, and mandatory conscription is temporarily abolished. The Air Force and Navy will be temporarily disbanded until further notice, although their equipment will be maintained.

The Republic of Krendakov would like to offer 10 billion USD. This is NOT a loan and you do not need to pay it back. We can also help you consturct a nuclear power plant for your power needs if you wish.

Krendakov's aid is gratefully accepted. We, too, will assist you in times of need.

The nuclear power plant seems to be an interesting project. We would be interested in having one constructed in our nation, as we need experience with new technology as we grow.

Just FYI, we are paying 6% interest to pay off the debt, which means you get $4.2 billion a year for the next 34 years.

As Athiesism is a nation with strong relations between us, we are readying construction teams, security personnel, and are sending $30 Billion to help with reconstruction. A hospital ship is also being readied, to take on any injured civilians and Athiesism soldiers. We hope you accept our offer for help.

The confederacy of Spizania would like to offer help to you, we can offer $10bn US dollars and if you accept the help we can deploy 10000 men from the Confederate corp of Engineers to assist in reconstruction work.

While I am unsure of who would call themselves the "Army of God" and believe that killing others is a good cause, I am sure that prehaps your people need to be shown the real side of religion, the 'good' side if you will.

We are willing to offer 1 billion dollars, which is all we can possibly afford to give you a the moment, as a gift. None of the money needs to be repaid. Nor do you even have to tell your people where the money came from. Commonwealth Nations, we believe that, at current, we have sufficient donations to begin the reconstruction effort. However, we would be very interested in purchasing specialist personnel, such as doctors, etc. to replace those lost or displaced by the conflict.

Space Union, the civil war has already been won even though we are still battling terrorist activity. (We're an MT country, if that makes any difference on foreign aid.) The two trillion dollars would be helpful and would greatly speed reconstruction efforts, although we could survive without it.

We would be intreasted in starting the nuclear power station construction as soon as we can. A "pressurised water reactor" is the form we plan to build. With 80 - 100 tonnes of uranium, it could produce between 900 and 1,500 MW of power.

We would prefer it to be built 50 miles west of Athasism, the capital. The Army will move out and secure the construction site. Insurgents are still about, so we advise caution.
