The Kingdom of Philthealbino:
With great saddness we note the end of the war.
It is a shame that diplomacy failed so quickly resulting in the many deaths that we have seen.
We, the Kingdom of Philthealbino, offer our sincerest condolences to those who lost loved ones in the war.
Following the terms of the cease-fire, we withdraw our forces from the region.

The threat of TFR Special Ops will no longer stand, as they are not needed. Since no craft or personnel are in the area, there is nothing to withdraw.

OOC: i still need to withdraw my forces in skycapt so here it goes.
IC: the sound of chopers could be heard overhead, most of the troops were happy they didn't have to see any action because they had famalies to think of. the chopers started to land and the men got on the did it with such speed it was done in about 2 minutes. the choppers took off with all there men inside.
