The Governmental System: Different worker union-like sydicates act as autonomous political entities. A grand council exists as forum for this syndicates to settle disputes and to decide about nation-wide issues. Since a few years citizen councils, which are now recognized as self governing bodies of the communities, also have seats in the grand council.
