*this takes place before the Fascist party seized control in my country back when it was known as the Democratic Republic of Kilgore.*

President Gary Booth walked out on to the lawn of the Presidental palace in Jahana City the Capitol of Kilgore. Many of his gaurds were dead and soldiers walked the streets. After the first threat of war with the new Fascist Party lead by Bran Rutherford and his allies, Booth had declared a state of Marshall Law. Now he had received word that his palace would be over run and needed to get to a evacuation chopper in the east lawn. Flanked by security Booth took off running with the sound of gun fire getting closer. Suddenly a shiping van crashed threw the front gate and was followed by armed SS warriors. They stormed the walls as the President ran for the chopper. An explosion went of in side the palace and his wife Martha ran out the front door only to be cut down by Ak-47 fire. Booth turned to help her but his security threw him into the chopper. As it lifted off he watched his once great home grow ablaze with fire, and his gaurds mowed down one by one. The Helo raced across the city and booth could see the chared remains of the senate building. He crossed him self gazing at the fallen bodies of kilgorian troops and the chaos that was taking place on the ground. The helo was bombarded with small arms fire, but the occupants were not worried they knew there only concern would be...

An aide ran into the Vice President's office franticly yelling at the secertary out side. "The Vice President will see me this is important". He shut the door behind him and snapped to attention, saluting. The Vice President returned his salute and noticing the conerned look on his face broke the silenc, "whats wrong John?". John Gray sighed and tried to choak out the word, "Mr. Young, I'm sorry Don, Jahana city has been over ran...we uh tried to evacuate the first family but the first lady was shot...We got President Booth to an evac helocoppter and took off heading for the air port, but..." He traled of again. Don Young looked at his friends fearful face, "what happedned?" John sied again."The helo was hit by an RPG it went down...there were ah no...". Vice President Young couldnt beleive his ears."what are you saying?" John wiped a tear from his eye "There were no survivors, your in charge now Mr. President."

****NEWS FLASH****
Andrew West sat at the KNN news desk and waited as the camras came on. "We have shocking ad sad new for you today, The Capital city of Jahanah has been over run and the Presidental family killed. We have been informed from our sources that President Booth was evacuated but his air transport was shot down by an RPG. There is littl offical word on the first family but the bodied of Martha Booth and their son harry were found on the front lawn. Linda Booth the President's daughter is still yet to be found. With the tighten security at the Presidental palace it is beleived that the crucial seizure information for the palace was leaked by an insider who is loyal to the Fascist Party. It is suscpected that it is the work of "The Outcast" an unidentified person who posted top secrate information of Palace security on the Fascist party's website. We go live now to Vic..to President Donnold Young in a secure location."

President Young stood in front of the small group of reporters flanked by security. he lloked as if he had aged ten year in the last day and his face was grim. "my fellow Kilgorians it saddens me to have to address the Nation like this today but I must. As most of you are aware President Booth has been assanated by Rebel Fascist troops. I am now the new leader of the country and i take my job solemly. But I promice you that we will find the men who did this, we will find the where abouts of Linda Booth who has still not been found, we will find justice and bring these leaders to their knees."

The screen cut back to the news room and gun shots could be heared in the distance. Andrew West lay dead sprawed on the news desk. the Camra panned and images of dead camra opperators and News Anchors appered. The Camra cut back to the News desk where two armed gaurds were dragging the dead body of Andrew West away and a new woman apperead. Wearing a gray jacket and skirt with a black blouse on underneath. On her arms the symbol of the New Fascist Party was present. Even with out introductions the citizens reconized her. She was Linda Booth, ex president Booths daughter. She smilled as the screens in back of her flashed the party's flag up and her name appeared at the bottom of the screen.

Bran Rutherford was a muscular man in his early 30s he had short black hair and piercig green eyes. He stood gazing out of the 68th story luxery hotel suite watching the sun set. He was wearing an all grey uniform with only a hint of black trim. Around his wast he wear a black webbed belt with a holster for his .45. On his tunic on the lefthand side was the Fascist party's symbol/ A gold globe behind a silver Ak-47 and shovel. The gun signified the revolution and the shovel the prosparity that was sure to come. His room located on the 68th floor of the five star Malarian hotel. The hotel owners who sympathiesed with the revolution had given he and his staff the upper floor 54-68 to use for there head quaters. The city of Malarian had been one of the first to fall and all ready the last remnats of the remaining Kilgorian government and ground forces were being round up. All government officals were executed and all soilders were given the option to either join or face a simular fate. Out side his door were two gaurds armed with assult weapons and ordered to execute any one with out proper ID. His room was the only one on the 68th floor. It was very luxorious with a hot tub and fully stocked bar. The living room was laced with expaensive furnature and a giant entertainment center. He marveld at how even with the controlled broad casts in the area and other cities that TV shows still went on reguarly. How ever former KNN(Kilroian news network) or FPN(fascist Paty News as it is now called) had been broad casting live 24-7. Former President Booth's daugher Linda was now head of media for the Fascist party and constantly appeared to update the war effort. The Fascist party now contolled most of the south east and parts of the mid west kilgoran region. It was easier then he had thought it would be, many of the mayors of small towns and even big citys had actually joined the party willingly. As well had almost a batallions worth of soldiers all of whoem had grown tired of President Booth and Vice president Young's Communist ways. the other new net works had labeled them traitors. How ever according to the Free press many were starting to sympathize wth their cause. The government in the town of Graceville (pop:90,000) had even been over run by rebelling citizens, ad a line of communication had been set up with the Party head quaters. there were still rebel in most cities try to fight back aganst the Fascist party but most of them were executed. A cerfew had been issued for 11:00pm every day and any one caught out after words was shot on the spot by patroling police. As Rutherford looked out at the city...at his city he smiled. his dreams were coming true. He new it was only a matter of time before victory was his for the taking. he immagened him self standing tall on the steps of the new capital building near his grand palace wich were being built near the hotel constution was going on at that very moment, he immagened standing tall and adressing the nation, his nation. suddenly a knock at his door pulled him out of his daze.

Bran Rutherford walked to the door and opened it. A young red headed aide steped in and saluted "General". Rutherford returned the mans salute and asked him to be seated at the desk. In his hand the fan held a brown brief case wich he set on the desk. "Sir, Ihave the reports an the war effoter for you. The attack in the lower Tusyne region was a great success. We have captured the cities of Delar and Greenville. How ever we are still facing problems in Graceville with the remaining Malita troops. We have rolled out another group of tanks and are preparing to send them twords the front lines. We are getting more and more soldiers every day and the Police force is getting things under control. We have successfully rounded up the last of the rebels here in Milairi, but were are sure to still face some rebellion. How ever even the citizens will protect you. They like you sir, they like change, they want to rename the city after you, call it Branford." Rutherford laughed as the aide went on. "FPN will soon be airing a press confrence live from The Republik of Verghastinsel where ther president has an important announcement regarding the war. It comes on in an hour" Rutherford crindged the last thing he need now was some foreighn army helping the Kilgorians. He nooded and told the aide to send up Comanders Tyson, Smith, Kerr, and Goodlin as well as theire support team. The aide snapped out a salute and ran out the door closing it behind him. Rutherford sat back in his chair worried about what might come.

"Herr Young. I ask you. Do not inflict this upon yourself..."

*SORRY IT TOOK ME SO LONG*

General Rutherford sank back in his seat breathing a sigh of releif. All around him his commanders were rejoicing. With Verghastinselheer on his side he knew his dream would come true. Bran stood and shook hands with his comanders and called in an aide. He told the man to get Field Marshall Sanders on the phone and tell him to preceed with order 62b the immediate seize on Gernash island another Kilgorian strong hold housing what was left of the former congress. The attack on the island in the center of sea Hendershot was to start with demolition to all bridges leading to and from the island, than the immediate shelling of strong holds followed by a full beach assult. The military and civilians on Gernash island had prepared heavily for such a beach attack and had tried to secure the bridges knowing what was to come. The aide ran from the room and Rutherford walked over to his desk and grabbed his personal phone. Calling the UN operator he had him self patched through to the Verghastinselheer Chancellor's office.

The echo of history seemed to bellow forth from the Turetelian Hall of Defence and Security. For at that moment a man of considerable age stepped foward into a cheering crowd. They would cheer whatever the man said, as that man was the saviour of Turetel and the Sword of Freedoms, that man was Jackson McAbb. An avid anti-Fascist and generally anti-communistic, Jackson would no doubt deliever a fiery speech, but that would be wrong from what he did, oh so very far off.

"People of Turetel, in my age, I can speak softly and slowly. I choose my words carefully and precisely as we all should. Today my friends, I am ready to allow one last act of civility to echo from my tiresome figure. I have seen first hand the acts that Fascism and Communism can do to a nation, and some of you do too.
