"sixty-three percent of the entire Green Sun population. They follow a book that hasn't been written by it author yet. Hell, its author hasn't even been born yet! Only one man, and ALIEN, mind you, knew of the religion adn he was able to spread its word across the nation, even into our neighbors. Neo-Islam is the most powerful religion in the region when it comes to percentages. The Neo-Koran is the most-read book in the region. And the prophet of Neo-Islam has yet to be born. But who knows-maybe Shaku is the Prophet. He legally wrote the book, he spread the word, and influenced the entire nation to follow the religion. But he took no credit-He claims that the second Muhammad will write the book, will spread the word. Of course, we've had dozens of people named Muhammad claim to be the Second, but none of them truely are. It's just one of those things that we'll always debate. But there's one thing we know for sure: There will be the Second Muhammad to write the Second Koran by the age of fourteen without ever reading it before. Otherwise, Shaku wouldn't have come and I wouldn't be sitting here talking to the nation."
