His Eminence Daniel Cardinal De Vito stepped off his plane at Northhampton International Airport. Dressed in a clerical suit, with red trim. He also had a sword attached to his side, though it was covered by a long, black trenchcoat he wore. He quickly entered into a long, sleek, black limosine, marked with two Ridgian flags on either side of the hood.
As it pulled up to the First Speakers office, he exited the car, and walked inside. He showed them his sword, and promised not to touch it. He waited at the dorr to the First Speakers office.

The door clicked silently, and slowly swung open. The Cardinal was ushered into the room, where he quickly came under the watchfull eyes of four men, all wearing black suits with black shirts, and crimson ties. When the men moved, the pulling of their jackets revealed holstered UMAC models of SigSaur P228s.
Another man, dressed similarly, stepped up from behind the Cardinal, and spoke softly. "Sir, if you'll follow me." He stepped around the Cardinal, and into another room. The door to the ante room clicked shut quietly.
Fratelli was sitting behind her desk, jotting down notes of some archane nature. She looked up, and smiled, standing. "Cardinal De Vito, its a pleasure to finally see you again*," she said, walking around the desk. The young leader had a slight, almost non noticable limp, but her gaze was firm, and so was her handshake. "Before we get down to buisness, can I get you anything to drink?"
*edited, because they saw each other before.

The Cardinal responded,
"Its nice to see you again, too, Miss Fratelli. And I'll take a Baileys Irish Cream." The Cardinal, not missing much, noticed her almost non- noticable limp. Most, of course, would not have seen it, "What happened?" he asked softly, motioning towards her leg.

The Cardinal notices everything. Kind of like the "Bishop Blackie" character in Fr. Andrew Greeley's books, in that regard.
"Oh, nothing much, just had a little to much fun a few weeks back. Ever fall of a motorcycle going 115? Its really not that fun. Good thing I was wearing my leathers and shell, elsewise woulda been alot worse."
She shook the Cardnial's hand, and then walked around back behind her desk. "Would you like something to drink," she asked, walking back to her personal bar. She poured a glass of water, and then, after taking the Cardnial's order, came back, and sat at her desk.
"As I'm sure a man of your position may know, Imitora is currently going through a rash of changes. Nothing threatening to anyone, but changes none the less. I understand your position in the Church, and was wondering what process one would go through, in both the Church, and the Empire, to be crowned queen?"

He sipped his Baileys and said,
"Well, I will just get an Apostolic Blessing from the Pope. Then, just informt he Emperor, Archchancellor, and all the toher leaders of GP to attend, and I will do a ceremony, which will involve me placing the crown on your head in the name of the Church and read the blessing from His Holiness. Then you can throw a big parade, reception, dance, and all the fun stuff." he glanced at her fingers,
"I see your not married. Someone must be after you." he said as a small grin creeped across his face.
Anna nodded. "Glad to know its a simple set up. I'll be sure to get in contact with all the nessacery persons to set this up."
She paused, and noticed the grin. She subdued a slight chuckle, and nodded. "Well, I'm sure I have my share of suitors. I don't really watch the tabloids to see who I'm in love wiht from week to week," she said, taking a sip of water.

"Some aren't in the tabloids, and I know one who is trying to get you. Of course, at first he wouldn't admit it to me, but he knew I knew and he finally told. Now, ah, what else have we to do?" he said, taking a long sip of his Baileys, though his tone of voice indicated he didn't want to end the topic.
Anna nodded. "I'm sure with enought time, I could guess who. After all, certain leaders around here arent exactly what we would call discrete with their actions. But then again, neither am I. Once I find something I want, I usually go for it preatty hard."

"Don't play dumb, Anna, you know who it is as well as I do."
Anna nodded. "Well, he does have a bit of stiff competition. And it will take a bit for him to keep up with me," she joked pressing a small call button. Moments later, and aide arrived, and handed Fratelli a stack of papers. She glanced over them nodded, and handed them back.
"But you obviously know him better than I Cardnial. What do ou want to say?"
