If you have received this message then you are a list of friendly nations or nations that have similar foreign/internal policies. With the nations that call themselves the "Defenders of all that is good and free" rallying together to fight of our own nations who do nothing but what is right for our nations. It is time for us to rally ourselves that is the main point of this message.
We call for all nations that follow the policies that have been deemed "evil" by those who refuse to understand our ideals to attend conference in Drakata, capital of Dracun. Here we will begin the discussion of a possible treaty that may expand into whatever we see fit to protect ourselves from the dangers of the world.
My dear brother nations for too long we have been destroying ourselves, allowing our ideals to go their burning deaths by sending each other to the depths of hell. That time should end and we should have peace with each other if only a shaky one so we may concentrate on defending our borders this should be the main ideal that should stick in your mind if you agree to attend the conference here.
Do not let constant warfare disrupt us any longer, let us stand firm for our ideals and with each other hand in hand and our ideas and beliefs shall never die!
