The Nation of Border Guards, in a recent war, has captured some 2.3 Million Civilians which sense we are a small country we are not able to feed them for a great amount of time. We are willing to send them to any country except from which we captured them from, the cost for transporting, guarding feeding and giving them basic Mediacal care is $5,000,000 for 200,000 of them. This Is not slavery, although to get away from their current position I think they would work for less then minimum wage

Due to the recent terrorist attack in Kahanistan (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=443963) we can only afford to take 25,000 refugees. However, they will be well cared for.

If you have good relations in mind we shall give an offer we have to no one else. With the Surrender Of Chuckacon we have also gained 100 Sq. Miles of Desert in compensation, while unsutible for our needs has been discovered to have massive amounts off silver. (we already have many silver mines)
We are uncertain how much ore is in this land our perliminary scans suggest the vains of 30,000 tons of unrefined silver exsist. We will sell this plot off land to you for any use, for the price of 30 Billion.

Under normal curcumstances, ViZion would take in as many as you have avaliable. However, with two Presidents being murdered in the past week, peace talks to end a war going south, and a rebellion in our Angolian territories, we cannot accept these people. Once our situation is stablized, if there are still more civilians in need of a home, we will take them all in.
We also request you do not send them or sell them or trade them to any nation, organization, or company that will be treating them poorly. Thank you.
They lost. Border Guards is a sovereign state and has the right to engage in a war to protect its interests without outside meddling.
