Welcome to Terracon Unconventional Land Reclamation! we're Van Luxemburg's experts on te reclaiming of land from the Sea and we've decided to open our gates to the Foreign public.

WHAT WE DO:
we custom-build an Island reclaimed from the sea for any person, and the best thing is: anywhere you want it! (This does not apply in another nations territorial waters, unless accepted by the nation in question). we supply our own materials, including ships, sand, rocks and anything else we need. you ofcourse know that making an Island is costly, but reclaiming land from the sea starting from another island or continent is easier.

HOW DO YOU PAY?
Well, it's quite easy. you use Thirdgeek (http://nseconomy.thirdgeek.com/nseconomy.php?nation=van+Luxemburg), NSTracker (http://nstracker.retrogade.com/index.php) or any other budget calculation programme and request your piece of reclaimed land (Specify M2 of Land and special features (Mountains, reefs, Military bases, e.g.). the building takes long, but when it's finished, you have something you can talk about!

WHAT DOES IT COST?
Well, actually quite much. you have to calculate for about $100,000 per 10M2, so that's about $10,000 per M2 (Square Meter). there's 10% off from 10,000M2 and 20% off from 100,000 M2. you get woods planted and roads laid with this price.

ANYTHING ELSE?
Yes, actually. if you want anything special (For example Coral reefs or High Mountains) you can order it, and we'll supply it. this makes it somewhat more expensive per M2, it's $20,000 USD per M2 of your special order, and this includes also military bases, towns, cities and such.
(OOC: I designed this because of the "Island Hype" in which some islands could reach the price of even $ 1 Trillion USD. I'm now using the dutch way to build islands. I'm awaiting your orders, and I would like to see some RP in it, even if it's "My Nation would like")
