The Prix-Financier Republic of National Commonwealth is now actively seeking diplomatic and commercial ties. While a strong republic, our nation recently experienced some government upheaval and an economic downturn prompting us to reconsider a more open foreign policy, as we work to correct rampant radicalism internally.

We would like to open our borders to your nation on terms suitable to you. If you are interested in exchanging embassies or forging alliance with the republic we submit to you these requests:

We wish to have at least 3 acres or 18,000 sq. ft. of office to open an embassy. As PFRNC requirement for embassies, a trade office will be opened with trade officals on hand at any embassy/consulate. We would like you to be aware that our official language is Franspánglisch, and as such we request that the entrance placard read "L'Ambassade du Commonwealth Por National República, Prix-Financier" for our citizens abroad. PFRNC does not particularly care about diplomatic immunity, but will grant it for your diplomats if we are granted it in return.

Regarding Your Potential Embassy

-Your embassy will be located on L'Avenue Para Community Du Monde (World Community Avenue) in Verum, our capital city. All sites are within close proximity to the Legisstraum, our global legislature, and are up to 5 acres in size.

-We offer you great flexability in the design of your embassy as it is our belief that an embassy is an expression of the nation it represents. You may bring as many personnel as you wish, and National Commonwealth law requires that all living necessities and housing costs (for any and all foreign staff) be covered by us. Your nation need not finance anything for your diplomats, except non-essentials (luxury, mainsons, etc).

-Style matters, so the Verum City Council must approve of your design. Additionally, stalinesque, gothic, obtrusive, or generally bad looking structures will not be acceptable for one of Verum's premier districts.

-Your nation may request as many consulates in whichever cities it wishes, however specific details will need to be worked out. This also applies if you wish to open a millitary base of any sort on PFRNC soil.

-A Charge d'Affaires from your nation must be present to oversee construction of your facility.

There are many bussinesses within our nation whom would ask the question "Est-ce que vous would like to do business con nous?". In this light I feel it my duty to press for an FTA to be established.

If we may be so bold, I request the establishment of a primary Consulate and series of significantly smaller Embassies in cities where Rotovians bussinesses are conentrated within the National Commonwealth.

I will endevour to have our specific requirements and a list of the Standard Rotovian Embassy Program available to you as soon as humanly possible.

Due that Cypress Point is newly forged nation I feel that forging alliances with older, wiser, and espically richer nations would be in order. This is why Cypress Point would like to establish a embassy in the National Commonwealth. If it is acceptable with you of coarse.

We are very interested in opening diplomatic realtions with your nation. The Verum City Council finds the design of your embassy quite acceptable, [however] they do require that a gold-leaf spire of no less than 100 ft. in height be added to plans for the structural top before construction begins. We do hope this will not be a problem. Additionally, we love to invest in growing nations, so the appropriations committee would like to extend a $5 billion gift to you. Excellent. In regards to the gold leaf, I doubt it will be a problem in the construction plans so no worries. I would also like to thank you in advance for the five billion dollar gift, it will greatly assist us in our newest domestic project. A project called "Removing Scars". The project is basically to remove the dozens of fortresses of older days, and to help rebuild lost cities and basically remove all signs of war from our Contienant, save a few very historical war markings.

While I understand I am not obligated, or at least I think, to inform you of where your generious gift will be going, I feel it is good manners to let a friendly nation know where their gift will be going.

As for establishing your own embassy, you may establish one in our captial city of Cypress Point. In fact, the city itself has been called, espically by its own residents, the "Spirit City" due to the heavy amounts of the Christian ways of living that preside there, though it does allow a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Though I do ask that if your diplomatic personal come, they do not be drinkers of alcohol, as we banned the substance three or four decades ago. I apologize for the incovience, wine is however very much avalible for your diplomatic personal and will be given to them for free.

As for the location, you may establish an embassy along Slow Calm Av., it is actually where all future embassy's will be kept and you're the first so you may put you're embassy where ever you like along the road.

We have already made preparations for the location of your embassy. The building in question contains eight floors, including basement, and has secure parking to the rear of the building. The embassy we offer you has adequate room for a staff of 60 to conduct the affairs to which they are tasked. The embassy will also be able to accommodate a security presence of 25 personnel. Their is a helipad located to the rear of the complex.

Ambassador Natasha Renford along with her staff of 81 people, including diplomatic personnel, lawyers, and a military advisor along with the force of 40 ADP (Askiran Diplomat Protection) personnel are all waiting to be dispatched on your confirmation. You are aware that the Askiran convoy will have the following vehicles attached:
3 Renault Grand-Scenics (Additional Armour Included)
1 Daedalus 5 Armoured personnel Carrier
1 EH101 Merlin Light Transport Helicopter

The convoy will be travelling by air-convoy to Verum. The convoy will be assigned a fighter jet guard as a matter of protocol, until it leaves Askiran territory. Once they have arrived Ambassador Cole will take charge in setting up the embassy.

We are extremely pleased with your plans for the location of our embassy in Askira. We too hope for prosperity and a strong relationship between our two great nations.

We will be sending a staff of 44 foreign affairs officials and 15 trade officials along with L'Ambassadeur John James, écuyer. Our security personnel will be checking in with you shortly before the arrival of the staff. Several contractors from PFRNC will also be arriving temporarily to make a few minor adjustments to the facility.

We have made preparations for the arrival of your diplomatic and security personnel in Verum and have notified all of the appropriate parties for your full clearance.
