In a public meeting, the 25 members of the Imperial Human Disposal Committee are meeting today in the heart of the Capital City, Ceulla. After thirty-seven Mentally Handicapped Children were sentenced to the Death Penalty, for the first time in countless years, (The Imperium has the Death Penatly as an option, but it hasn't ever been used for a huge amount of time.) The Thirty-Seven Mentally Handicapped Children wandered into a Power Plant, and caused a power outage that killed 13 people. The Judge ruled it as 13 counts of First Degree Murder, and sentenced them to Death, with the Jury's Approval. Being the first execution in a long time, the Commitee is debating on how to execute them. Foreign suggestions will be noted.
