The Rise of Ansem, The Rise of the Order.

Ansem (http://www.ffpassion.com/ffp/pages/kh/images/kh_explications_Ansem.jpg)

He stared out the window into the chaos that was the streets of Drakata, capital of Dracun. His long white hair tied behind his back, and his white eyes pierced the very hearts of those fighting in the last climatic battle of the civil war. His name was Ansem and he was the head of the shadowy organization known as the Order a group that had at one time worked as the government’s secret police at least until the betrayal became obvious and Ansem had been declared a traitor to the state but it was too late. The forces of the rebellion fueled by the propaganda from the Order had arrived to storm the once glorious city of Drakata.

His former master, Lord Emperor Ohminvara [O-min-vair-a] sat at his throne nearly several feet away from Ansem his once most trusted servant. Ohminvara was old but never the less a skilled warrior who few could match in strategy and combat. His reign however would now come to an end all due to Ansem’s careful planning. Ohminvara looked to Ansem his voice barely a whispered but it grew louder every word, “Traitor, my once most trusted comrade now turned against me by the temptation of power… how pathetic.”

Ansem’s laugh was deep and blood chilling his voice just as piercing, “Oh my dear friend how high I held you in the standard of combat and especially that of strategy surely you have realized this is all my planning?” A few noises of disapproval escaped Ansem’s mouth.

Ohminvara sighed, "I have but refused to believe it till your mouth spoke these words. Now I must be forced to end you and your traitorous life!" He roared, his very words shaking the foundation of the throne room. Ansem only continued laughing, "Tsk tsk tsk, Ohminvara you truly are an old fool."

Ohminvara stood at the comment, "And how will you lead my empire? I know you Ansem! You and your Order will cause nothing but the destruction of Dracun from within!" His voice filled with disgust and hatred.

Ansem whipped around quickly, so quick his hair would have whipped someone enough to cause a massive scar, "My order will do nothing but secure Dracun as it should be! My Dracun will be a far better place even if slightly less... free." Ohminvara's fists slammed onto his throne, "Fool! You and the order have been planning this for years, haven't you? HAVEN'T YOU?" He said his voice going above the explosions that rocked the palace itself.

Ansem only smiled, "Finally you old fool, and you have realized something in your outlived reign." Ansem then feigned exhaustion, "Shall we end this old man, and nothing can be gained from simply talking... my empire waits." He drew his personal sword, decorated in the richest forms of decoration for such a weapon as Ohminvara drew his which was ancient with bloodstains running rampant. Even though the country had a modern military they still believed that to settle a dispute among grown men a battle should be fought which led to the very brutal and militaristic society that Dracun is today.

The castle rocked as more explosions rocked the ground, and a helicopter squad flew past the windows of the castle’s highest tower, the throne room of Ohminvara. They locked eyes and it took several minutes before together rushing in and engaging in a battle that would go down in the history books. Exchanging taunts and powerful swings they were locked in battle for many minutes, Ansem using his speed and agility to counter Ohminvara’s strength and his ancient age. Finally Ohminvara swung wide and stumbled forward involuntarily and Ansem pounced by delivering a swift and powerful kick to the joint behind the knee on his leg. Ohminvara fell to the floor in pain and felt the cold touch of steel on his back neck, “And so it ends.” Ohminvara whispered.

Ansem did not gloat, he did not relish in the destruction of the former Lord Emperor. No, it was a quiet thing as if the world did not realize the death of the Lord Emperor. Ansem turned and brushed a cut that would soon become a scar that ran across his forehead diagonally. Ansem approached the window to see the chaotic streets of war fill Drakata.
He moved to his pocket and took out a small walkie talkie, “It’s over, and we’ve won.” And now Ansem laughed for the dreams of his Order had been fulfilled.

The Order had worked for the government for many years but only after being forced to or face destruction. The Order however could’ve fought and won however they chose to bide their time and wait for the perfect time and when Ansem became a trusted advisor and unofficially the second in command of Dracun the Order had begun to spread lies about the government that fueled a desire for a new type of government that had burned strong for many generations not until the end of the war when the Order had revealed itself and Ansem had been named a traitor did the truth of what had occurred become evident. The pet had betrayed the master, even though it had been doing it all along.

The war came to an end several days later. When news of Ohminvara’s death being spread far and wide the morale of the former government forces had ran thin and they either surrendered or fought horrendously. It was over the three year long civil war had come to an end and now Ansem head of the Order declared himself Emperor of all Dracun. Those who had served him greatly were given positions of considerable power with those that opposed him long and painful deaths, their heads taken and stuck onto pikes and placed on the northern coast of Dracun.

Ansem now sat in his throne his second in command Odin (http://www.khinsider.com/info/50x50_info/geu.jpg) stood besides him as he watched his army march towards him. It was six days since the war’s end and the only untouched part of Capital was that of the Forbidden Royal Sector, where only those who the Emperor admitted and allowed could enter. Odin was his second in command. He had served him long and hard applying himself putting the needs of the order before Ansem which meant he cared for the dreams of the Order so he would be an invaluable asset.

Ansem wore his usual coat, pinned by a heart colored black and purple. Odin wore his cloak that invoked a sense of demonic nature about him. Next to Odin stood Sinister (http://www.khinsider.com/info/50x50_info/auron.jpg) The military commander. Sinister was a brutal tactician willing to give it all for the victory and that is why he was an essential part of Ansem’s high commander.

Finally the army came to a halt, numbering in the hundreds of thousands. Soon it would number millions but that was not important as of now. Ansem moved to the podium and spoke his voice deep and blood chilling as always. He spoke of a new era and how Dracun would be a much better place with him and the order safeguarding the people. He also spoke of how things would change but only for the good and how they would return to the ancient times by rule of the strongest and he promised he would be the strongest for as long as needed.

He spoke of how alliances would be nessecary and called out to the international community for alliances and treaties to help make Dracun a stronger power then it already was. It was time for Dracun to enter the world and Ansem was someone that would make an impact, no doubt about that.

[OOC: Basically instead of writing a long fancy speech I basically summed it up. Basic I'm going to have Dracun and keep it and "evil" nation. If you wish to ally simply post in the thread however you would like, remember Ansem called for alliances in his speech so there is one option. Last time I will ever reset Dracun I've learned from my mistakes in the past so here we go.]
