Tempranillo

Description: Tempranillo is a darker color wine, made from the tempranillo grape. Consequently, it has a much more acrid taste, and goes perfectly with a dinner. It is, by far, the most grown grape, and there is a total of about two hundred million of hectars of tempranillo vinyards in Dienstad alone.
Young [1 to 5 years age]: $8 a bottle
Reserve [6 to 15 years age]: $25 a bottle
Grand Reserve [15 to ?? age]: $50 a bottle
Macabeo

Description: Macabeo is a rosier wine, although also regardes as a white wine. Although not as acrid as tempranillo it has a more 'mature' taste, making it a good companion for lovers of white wine at dinner.

Rosado

Description: Rosado is 'the' white wine of Canforrales, and is much more rosier than Macabeo, with a much sweeter, yet just as mature, taste. However, it is not considered a dinner wine, and instead compliments many lunches and such. It is of much higher quality than any other white wine out there.

Reserve [6 to 15 years age]: $40 a bottle
Grand Reserve [15 to ?? age]: $75 a bottle

On another note, I do own vinyards myself that do go to the winery of Nuestra Se(n)ora del Rosario, which is one of few wineries that do make Canforrales wine - therefore, you can consider me almost an expert on Canforrales, although I just work on the vines - my uncle understands more about the companies and such.]
