Hello. My name is Czar Villone, leader of the ViZionarian rebellion. If my name sounds familiar, I was once a President of ViZion before Maybury took office, beating me out in a scam of an election.

I am calling upon you to aid us in destroyed the damned nation of ViZion. This nation has far to long stood against us all. They feel they have the right to do anything to anyone, whenever they want. We must prove them wrong.

I am leading a rebellion in Angola, and we plan on spreading all the way to the heart of ViZion. Now is the time to strike! They are weak! Their President, Maybury, has been murdered. They're involved in peacetalks while demobilizing their armed forces. They are dealing with a rebellion.

Now is the time to strike them down! We ask of you to aid us in doing this! As a reward, each of your nations will be rewarded with land, resources, women to rape, and men and children to enslave or kill!

If you are not powerful enough to command a strong military at this time, we ask of you to aid us in supplies, guerilla warfare, and terrorism! We shall be victorious! ViZion shall be no more after we ravage this nation to ashes and blood!

There is no way of "sorting" problems out with the ViZionarian government. They're corrupt. It is purely there way. We cannot talk with them. We must send them a message that they do not always get there way. They must be destroyed!

We urge you to not strive to destroy what you worked so hard to build. We urge you instead to win back the right to govern your nation in a way that would make your people proud to be Vizionians. Do not listen to him. These elections are not fixed, nor have they ever been fixed. He complains and talks of a system and government that is non-existant. Corruption does not run rampid as he claims.

These are all sorry excuses for him to come to power. He never was liked during his short stint at President - by the people and by the governments of the world. Many nations even resorted to paying assassines to kill him. Obviously, that never happened.
